Always an amazing experience here! I accidentally found this nail salon a few months back when my normal place was closed for renovations, and I’ve stayed here since. Lynn is amazing, and even when she was away at my last appointment the staff who did my nails were just as wonderful. Shoutout to Ryan as well who did this butterfly design on my nails! They are a well trained team who work together beautifully, and I will always recommend anyone come here if they want the best nails! P.S. this is the first and only salon that has never caused me any pain when removing old sets (dip on natural nails), and Lynn makes sure my cuticles are CLEAN!

What an incredible salon! I have been here a few times and the level of care and expertise demonstrated from the staff is refreshing. Ryan and Callie did a phenomenal job on my nails and I will definitely be back! If you are looking for a professionally done set of nails that will last, definitely check out this place!

Amor Nail Spa is my absolute go-to! Ryan is amazing with nails and always ensures they look perfect. Tim takes care of my pedicures, and he’s wonderful — my feet always feel pampered! The staff is super friendly and welcoming, making every visit a great experience. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and I always leave feeling refreshed. Highly recommend this place for excellent service and a truly enjoyable experience every time!

This is our first time at this salon. Easy location to get to, big parking lot, and the salon is spacious, bright, and clean.

My husband and I went for a pedicure - and a manicure for myself - for an upcoming trip. He added on a manicure as he had to wait for me, anyhow. He felt like they forgot about him, but it was probably because his hands were getting a paraffin treatment, so with no phone to look at, it probably felt longer.

The nail tech doing my manicure convinced me to do an ombre nail and I'm glad I did! Possibly my favorite set I've had over the years getting my nails done!

I found this gem by accident today and I am so happy i did. It was an absolute amazing experience from the beautiful big salon to the atmosphere and most of all the amazing people that run the place so polite and welcoming went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable. Thank you Tracy and Tony i love my nails and my pedicure was so relaxing 🙌🙌🙌🙌 very highly recommended.

I went there for the first time on February 18th, and the staff were super nice, friendly, and helpful. The only issue I have is that the tech who did my nails, Lynn, did not do each one equally, because some are stronger and have better gel application than others. The nail extensions themselves also may not have been fully/properly glued to my natural nail. She also didn’t fully paint to edges of my nails, leaving gaps.

Because of that, my right index finger extension broke off today after a little over two weeks of having them, and my right middle finger has cracked slightly at the edge where the extension starts, so I’ve had to fix it with nail glue. So far, the others are fine and strong, but it’s just disappointing that this happened when it was a 65$ biogel manicure.

Maybe next time I’ll just get it on my natural nails, but I don’t think I’ll be getting extensions again.

Update: my cracked middle finger nail unfortunately broke off the day after posting this.

My favourite salon in Ottawa! Been going here for over a year and I’m always impressed. Professional and friendly service and not overpriced! Lynn is amazing with my nails - always takes good care of them and does amazing designs. Highly recommend!

I used to love coming here they had some really good nail artists and I've had quite a few good sets of nails coming from here. The last few times I have booked with a specific artist because I have received good sets of nails from them in the past, and my most recent few visits they just stick me with whoever instead of the person I specifically booked with and the last two times I have left unhappy with my nails this time I decided to actually say something. I told my first nail Tech probably four to six times to just stop with the design and to just leave it plain because I didn't like how it was turning out and every single time she insisted no no no it's ok we'll do the design and I ended up leaving with a design that I hated. I went back in 5 minutes later because I really didn't want to pay that much for something I wasn't happy with. Got just the two nails that had a design replaced with a simple French manicure. My cuticles are bleeding at this point, my hand is stained with polish and I was asked to pay more money afterwards for them to fix my nails. Overall this was an awful experience following several mediocre ones with them in the past. As happy as I was with the salon when I started coming I won't be returning.
