Poor responds on repairing a electric recliner. I send them an email from there website to do a repair. They told me they wanted photographs of the problem. I sent them photographs, waited one day. No responds. I called them, they told me they can't repair it because I didn't buy it from them! Why didn't they tell me in the first place? But they advertised on their website they do repairs? Poor customer service and communicating!

The night before my wife’s knee replacement surgery I realized the commode we borrowed from a friend was missing a part (or two) and couldn’t be used. While she was in surgery in Stewart the next day I called Atlantic in the hope of purchasing a suitable replacement. I was immediately relieved to hear they had one in stock. Not only were we able to complete the purchase on the phone, but Noel had the product completely assembled for when a friend picked it up.
Arriving home post-op and having one less task to complete was something special and shows their commitment to customer service.

I would give no stars if possible. Went to try and get a knee scooter for a work injury. They took all my information and then never followed up. Didn’t even have the courtesy
