Poor responds on repairing a electric recliner. I send them an email from there website to do a repair. They told me they wanted photographs of the problem. I sent them photographs, waited one day. No responds. I called them, they told me they can't repair it because I didn't buy it from them! Why didn't they tell me in the first place? But they advertised on their website they do repairs? Poor customer service and communicating!

The night before my wife’s knee replacement surgery I realized the commode we borrowed from a friend was missing a part (or two) and couldn’t be used. While she was in surgery in Stewart the next day I called Atlantic in the hope of purchasing a suitable replacement. I was immediately relieved to hear they had one in stock. Not only were we able to complete the purchase on the phone, but Noel had the product completely assembled for when a friend picked it up. Arriving home post-op and having one less task to complete was something special and shows their commitment to customer service. Many thanks to Noel for his continued support!!

I love this store. For the five years that I was caregiving my mother, I often shopped there and always got wonderful service and advice from all of the staff, especially Noel.

I would give no stars if possible. Went to try and get a knee scooter for a work injury. They took all my information and then never followed up. Didn’t even have the courtesy to return my calls.

Best healthcare Products supply store in Palm Beach County Great prices great people great service. Great everything they are superheroes and Lifesavers no complaints here. I feel like family!

Angel did a thorough job sizing up (literally) my leg for the perfect fit in compression stocking, double checking on previous purchases to make sure the size was still appropriate. Great resource facility with knowledgeable, caring people...like Angel.
