Make sure you get everything in writing. We hired Mrs. Gauthier for wills and POA for my grandparents. I made it clear upon booking the appointment that we were unsure of my grandfather's capacity or if he would be capable of understanding the process due to early dementia. During the appointment it became clear to me he couldn't follow what she was saying, so I asked to continue for my grandmother and we would follow up another time for my grandfather. She insisted that she could manage, and kicked me out of the room. Ultimately, both wills were done incorrectly (as my grandmother couldn't focus having to try to explain things to my grandfather) and she charged us extra to fix hers and for "the trouble" of dealing with my grandfather. She made accusations about my family trying to profit off their deaths. We were charged an exorbent price for 2 wills and POA's and only got one. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.
**edited to add - it was clear to myself and my grandmother he was not understanding her. We knew this was a possibility before hand, and explained this upon booking. Instead of listening to us, she took their money and no second will was completed because he could not meet her criteria. They were denied a refund.

A couple of months ago, I contacted Ms. Gauthier in a desperate need to get an affidavit signature witnessed as soon as possible. She was very accommodating, and we were able to get it done in short order.
This week, she finalized everything relating to the sale of our house in Rockland. On the final day, there was a glitch on the part of the buyer, but she was able to get everything to fall into place at the last minute. What I liked about her was that through the whole process, it was easy to communicate with her. She was prompt in her responses, informative and very professional. Thank you to her for the way she did things, and, if I needed a lawyer to help with the sale / purchase of a house, I would definitely be calling her.

Worse lawyer you can get for family. Especially if you a Male. She is rude, didn't want to represent me properly has a lawyer should. Kept telling me to give away my child custody. Again would not recommend this lawyer to my worst enemy. Not professional at all.
