Just picked up a new trailer and a Can Am Commander this weekend. The salesman knew we were coming on Friday but never let us know he wasn't going to be there. Paperwork was missing when we went to register it. We had to go back to the dealership to get it. We didn't have a warm fuzzy feeling going as we did the purchasing from Thunder Bay and there wasn't a lot of communication. The trailer we got isn't even going to work for our other needs. There were no real specs sent to us on the trailer. Our bad for not asking more questions but it felt like we were already a bit bothersome. So if your looking to buy a trailer there and aren't in person, I suggest you ask a lot of questions. We got the side load with ramps and you can't put a quad up it. The opening is too small. So I hope someone learns from our expensive lesson. 🙁 Kudos to the gentleman who did try and help us and did the quick walk through. He was very nice to deal with.

Was looking for hard to find parts for an older outboard. Dennis was a huge help. Took the time to explore several different options and placed an order immediately for me. Awesome place to deal at. Experienced staff who will make sure you are happy from purchase to service and support. The show room is fantastic and the new renovation makes it feel like a toy store for adults. Candy land in there.
