I went into the store to buy a cartridge for my shower. I went everywhere and no luck. The gentleman behind the counter took my old cartridge and proceeded to the warehouse. When he came back he told me it was my lucky day. He had what I needed. When I asked him how much I owed. To my surprise he told me there was no charge and to have a very Merry Christmas. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name ( my fault ). But! I would like to thank him again. And to wish him a Very Merry Christmas.

Terrible experience with Bardon.

I've been dealing with Bardon for several years, but after this experience, I will no longer be doing business with them. In November 2024, I ordered four Kohler sinks, with an estimated delivery time of three weeks—perfect for my custom kitchen project scheduled for January. However, I only received three out of four sinks in mid-to-late January. When I contacted Bardon, they insisted that all items had already been delivered.

My team went through security footage and searched everywhere, only to confirm that the fourth sink never arrived. The next day, when I followed up, Bardon shockingly told me that the sink would take another 22 weeks to arrive—completely unacceptable. This delay significantly impacted my project timeline. When I asked for a solution, they suggested an "alternative" but sent Franke sinks that were entirely different in size and style—hardly a suitable replacement.

Instead of making any real effort to source the sink from other vendors, Bardon simply refused, despite the fact that I had already paid in full. I ultimately found the sink myself through EMCO, a far more reliable distributor. It was available in Quebec but came at a higher price, including shipping costs, adding up to an additional $800. Given the inconvenience and financial impact, I requested Bardon to cover the difference, but they flat-out refused.

I escalated the issue to a so-called "boss" named Steve, who was dismissive, arrogant, and completely unhelpful. His attitude made it clear that Bardon does not prioritize customer service or loyalty. His response? "Not our problem."

When a company sells a product, they should be able to anticipate supplier timelines and communicate realistic expectations. If Bardon cannot do that, they should not be selling these products or misleading customers. Their lack of direct access to Kohler and reliance on third-party suppliers only adds to the problem.

I strongly do not recommend purchasing Kohler products from Bardon, as you may find yourself in the same frustrating situation. This experience has cost me both time and money, and I will no longer be doing business with them.

i have left 3 messages at Bardon supply at the Barrie location since last Thursday .i was directed to a certain individual who was specialized in the info i need to possibly purchase areplkacement oil fired hot water tank .
I alternatively spoke to another gentleman who stated he didnt think they supplied them any more and that he would call me back and let me know of possible alternatives .
My family has been without hot water for 4 days to no avail .
I have bought in the past One aero hot water tank qand when no longer available a few years later a replacement bradford white tank .
i asked if in fact they could supply me with either or .alternatively a gsw tank as also suggested by the altrnative contact .
a custom builder and have purchased many items from bardon supply .And will say i have not been treated with this untimely arrogance in a long time by a supplier .
I wouldnt recommend anyone deal with this company EVER !

If you want to be late for work try and pick something up in the morning here. Every time I come here it takes them a minimum of 30 mins per customer. There's people waiting at the counter but I can see them all sitting around a computer in the back. Every time I ask what the hold up is they say computer issues. If they have this many problems maybe it's time to upgrade be.

Jack the counter guy helped me source an old plumbing cartridge that 2 other suppliers had no clue about. Great resource, they know their stuff and have good inventory available.
