I have been to this Medical establishment at least a half a dozen times over the past 3 years, and each time, the "Accessible" door button does not work.
I have brought it to their attention 3 times (within a decent amount of months between) and it has never been addressed.
The last time we visited there and I brought it up to the receptionist, she gave me a number and told me I could call their locksmith to get it figured out.
My daughter has special needs & is in a wheelchair, and so I already have enough on my plate as it is to take care of, so to do someone else's job of maintenance for a public place that is supposed to be barrier free for all patrons is ridiculous.
I would gladly recommend it if they actually cared about fixing what is broke so all can actually access it freely.
Until then, I do not recommend. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Walk Ins are crazy, anyone expecting different doesn't understand provincial health care. The staff were very nice and helpful.
Is it ideal? No, but I appreciate that I could get help the same day and it cost nothing but time.

My advice - go anywhere else but here if possible.

I *attempt* to be seen here very often as I need consistent injections and am unable to get appointments with my family doctor. They frequently close registration 2.5 hours MINIMUM (sometimes they’ll close registration by 4pm when they’re open until 8) before their actual closing time - and it always seems to be the same unfriendly receptionist working when this is the case. I work a full-time job so I am unable to get there before 5:30 and the other location is a 25 minute drive away so I usually don’t want to risk driving there just for their registration to be closed as well. She is as far from helpful as it gets and I get a wave of anxiety when I walk in and see her working. Any other receptionist will call the other location to see if they have space but she claims she “cannot” do that. I just find it a strange coincidence that when it is anyone else working the front desk, they’re still open for at least 30-45 more minutes past 6 - and on the rare occasion they are not, they at least will do everything they can to help you be seen at another location.

This lady desperately needs to be reviewed by the higher staff members. I have wasted too much of my life dealing with this place.

PS. The younger receptionists and all of the doctors I have seen have been great!

Was turned away from this apparent ‘Walk In Clinic’ with my daughter suffering from an ear ache on a Sunday with nothing else close by open and is needing to travel by taxi cab because our family doctor isint on some stupid list. I never thought I’d see the day when Canadians would be turned away from healthcare in Canada! I’m more than outraged…

Absolutely horrible experience here. Went in for a doctors note because I am on EI for sickness leave due to mental illness. Family doctor is only open 3 days a week and found out I needed the note on the Friday when my doctor was not open and the note needed to be back dated a week. The doctor said she would only write the note for 3 weeks max and when I expressed some frustration due to a tight budget being on EI and having to get another one in 3 weeks time she threatened to not backdate the note so I could not receive benefits for that week and made it very clear on her stance towards people who are not as well off as her financially. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a medical professional. Zero compassion for patients who are struggling in any way mentally or financially.

Be aware, it is not a walk-in clinic anymore!
Not recommend to go to this clinic. They will not help you. The service is terrible. The receptionist ( Indian girl )is not polite and rude. They’re saying they are full booked til the end of the day. But in waiting room you will not see anyone.

Very very rude ……. Wont even give one star…..

I had an appointment 2 weeks ago and waited 1:30 hrs and doctor asked me to do X ray. I did my X ray on last wednesday and X ray people said they will send to my doctor on friday. Its been a week, today is wednesday… i called the clinic tuesday to give me an appointment but they said they dont have my x ray yet so i dont need appointment. Seriously?

Now this is walk in clinic, so i just went there on wednesday and the lady at door was so rude. She was like “its not work like this, if u dont have appointment you have to wait 2-3 hours, i have so many patients, you are wasting time etc etc.

i dont want to waste time thats why i called one day earlier to book an appointment you stupid. These people should not be a doctor, their duty is to help humanity. I dont want to use bad language here but so so frustrating.

Dont go there, you will die but they will wait for the appointment.

I would give zero stars if I could. Never coming here again. I have lived in this area for 6 years and this clinic has been going downhill since lockdown happened. I have 2 young kids, and we have the same experience here lately basically every time we come, which is unfortunately a lot since it's cold and flu season.

Today I went there with my toddler because I suspect he has an ear infection. We arrived at 9 am (opening time), and there was already a line up out the door. When I asked the receptionist how long the wait is since I wanted to go home and return, she told me she can't say since they just opened. I was already irked since clearly she could've made a guess based on the amount of people and knowing there's only one doctor. (Yes! There was only one doctor, on a Saturday!)

There is another clinic around the corner, and I called there and was told the wait would be an hour. I decided to stay at PWW because I was already checked in, but now I wish I left and went to that one instead!! I waited an hour, and asked about the wait again, was told to come back in another hour. When I returned, I was told it would be at least another hour. My son was miserable, crying, and hadn't slept all night before, so I couldn't wait that long as he needed to sleep. I was told that if I leave I will lose my spot.

Doing the math, the wait would have been 3+ hours! My poor son is the one who has to suffer in this whole situation. The level of care from the doctors themselves is fine at this clinic. However, the way it is run and organized, the lack of empathy from the receptionist, is awful and the patients are the ones who suffer. I have wasted half my day when I have a sick child, and half a million things to do right before Christmas. I am beyond disappointed and livid. I will not be returning here, and I don't recommend anyone else come here either. Not until they change the way things work.
