The lady at reception is so nice and professional, however we have very bad experience with Doctor. We visited here from a long distance ,but he made rush over us and did not let us speak. Moreover, he spoke in a very fast way which make us nervous and uncomfortable and he made us feel bad by commenting on our way of speaking. Doctor has no patience and just intrupted us while i was telling my problems. I don't understand why we are paying such a high tax just for such poor quality of medical service where they don't listen you properly and give you respect. According to Dr. if we are suffering from multiple health issues ,he would be able to listen just for one issue at a time and for other problem you have to book appointment again. He is just doing business. Govt. Should think about this and good knowledgeable doctors should be posted for public who understand their responsibility first

I have been trying to get to my family Dr for a physical for over a year . Also I called my drs office on redial 56 times then decided to go to the walk in Clinic … within an hour I was there seen by Dr , prescriptions given and 2 physical appointments set up for my husband and myself within 3 Days . We will definitely be coming back great service and super efficient.

Turned my 19 month old away an hour before closing because the doctor wanted to leave early. Because I cannot reply to the FALSE response, two female admins scrolling their phones indicated the doctor wanted to leave early. There was nothing said to indicate anything otherwise Re: at capacity, only that the on staff physician wanted to leave early. That's it, that's all. Edited again: the signs had no time indication anywhere, two patients waiting to be seen, two admin phone scrolling, and very clearly being told the doctor wants to leave early. When stated "Even for a 19 month old", the response was "Ya he said no". If the amount of effort put into responding to my very real and factual review was also put into registration last evening, this back and forth wouldn't have had to occur.

Just had my first visit at this clinic and was pleasantly surprised. Staff were so courteous and professional. The ladies at the front desk were delightful, so patient with everyone. The doctor I saw was very friendly & kind. I will definitely use this clinic again.

Stumbled on this walk in when I was scrambling to get my daughter seen. Everyone knows having to go to a walk-in is already stressful enough, especially with a child. I was seen quickly and the care was friendly and efficient. Bonus is it's closer to home for us! We will be back.

I had high expectations for this walk-in clinic, but after my first—and now last—visit, I'm quite disappointed. The MD greeted me by asking my name, without any introduction or warmth. I didn't have any major health issues; I made the trip across the city just to assess the clinic's quality.

When I began asking questions, the doctor abruptly interrupted me, stating that I would need to book a separate appointment for each question. There was no sense of compassion—this place feels purely like a business. The worst part was how rushed the appointment felt, especially knowing that there were 19 more patients waiting.

I love that there is rarely a wait and even if there is, it is not long and the receptionist is accurate with wait times. Waiting room is spacious and clean. Doctor is fast and efficient.

Here is what I can say - we didn't have to wait hours, we were taken care of right away. The antibiotics prescribed already took a positive effect.
