Most horrible disgusting people ever
People are struggling and I called them to try to make an arrangement to pay and they wanted nothing to do with it then said they were going to be giving me a disconnect notice and disconnect me on the 22 when they have a 1,0000. Dollar deposit and my bill wasn't even near that and I wanted to pay half then the other half at the beginning of May
Do not go with this company they don't care about people or the hard times we're going through they just want to take every dime of your money with no consideration for you

BRREA is the best! We hear so often about utilities being so out of control people often have to choose between groceries or paying their bill! I can't be thankful enough we haven't had to make this choice, and hope it isn't in the future either!

My comment here has to do with scheduled power outages. I knew there was a scheduled power outage in the area from talking to neighbours. I did not get notified and assumed I was not affected. Well …. I was wrong. Power went off. I talked to BRREA, there was a problem in the notification system. The problem was mine now and screwed up the day as I didn’t have a chance to plan for this disruption. BRRREA usually is solid, I guess there is room for improvement.

They don't even deserve 1 star. We have had no power for 10 hours now. When you call them, they say they're working on it. REALLY! The lady was so rude. I am not impressed with their customer service or their attitude. I live on an acreage and I have no water (due to no power to the pump), All of our food will spoil (1/2 cow), My turtle may not survive (no pump/filter or heat). They just don't care. WOW!!! I honestly wish I didn't have them as a provider.

God forbid a family member dies and no one lives on the property they put notices on the door to an empty home . After many conversations about shutting the power off I still get bills a year later no one on the property since may of 2022 and no power on the property Absolutely horrible company please make sure to research before using this company it’s a joke they also charge a $15 a month fee for looking after the vegetation yet in 3 years no maintenance trees are 15 feet high under the lines

Battle river sucks.came in changed my meter from Atco and didn't get told and I have been fighting with them for over 6months to get a paper copy of my bill and still nothing.when my wife phones to get amount and ask about paper bill they are verey rude to her.i can't get another power company fast enough.whats a better one for lindale area
