I had my first reflexology appointment ever with Sharon, and I wish I could give her 100 stars! Not only was she an absolute pleasure to meet and radiated kindness, her treatment literally blew my mind. I’ve had (past tense now!) very poor mobility in my left shoulder for about ten years, and after my initial appointment I could rotate my arm without pain or crunching. She took before and after videos of these movements, and the difference was incredible, though even without seeing it, I immediately could feel the difference. Sharon made me feel very comfortable, I found the treatment relaxing, and you could tell how passionate and knowledgeable she is about reflexology.

If you’ve ever been curious about reflexology (like I was!) definitely go see Sharon.

Very happy with my treatments with Sheelagh. She takes the time to properly access you and find out how to get things working properly. Easy to book appointments and a really nice office space-rooms. Prices seem competitive. Will continue to come here moving forward.

Sheila is probably the best osteopathy and ive been around. only down side is, cause she's so good sometimes its difficult to get an appointment unless if you are organized and plan your schedule. she always has availability the next month. but she's great!

Amazing place. Very professional and outstanding service. I highly recommend to anyone to go to the Belmont Osteopath Clinic.
We have taken our baby there for the past 5 weeks and we notice a significant difference. He sleeps so well after having a session. Sheelah is very gentle with him and is always so excited to see him. I look forward to these sessions.

After experiencing lower back pain for nearly 2 years, I finally decided to give osteopathy a try. So glad I did....after 4 treatments (1 hour each) the pain has subsided and there is a noticeable increase in flexibility/mobility. The benefits I received from osteopathy along with other treatments like acupuncture and RMT have greatly improved my overall back health. Much appreciation to Sheelagh Stewart. She's amazing!
