Best pricing and excellent quality - we sourced vendors from Canada, US, & China, and even with the exchange rate, SoOPAK had the best pricing for our custom boxes. They were also able to do a style of box that other vendors were not. Sarah, our sales rep, was super helpful and fast with communication - she understood our design concept immediately and worked with us on best options and execution. They are incredibly fast with samples & color swatches - all delivered from Canada to the US within a few days of speaking with them. Our initial order quantity was 10,000 units total and the price breaks were pretty good - we look forward to a long standing relationship with SooPAAK as our orders and business increase. We've been working with SooPak for about 6 years and have a good experience up until recently. We realize all supply chains are strained so we ordered months in advance to offset that. At the time the order was submitted, it was a 15 day lead time. They've been pushing our project aside and we are nearing three months and they continue to push it out. Had we have upfront communication we could've selected other printers to run our project which is time sensitive relating to the holidays.
