Company is unreal 25000$ bathroom as this company scams charities that are supose to help ppl not RIP them off sad that ya can keep changing company name shud have to keep the first one and deal with the shame

This is the absolutltly the worse company outher do not let them bulid u a dog house as it pribably will be bulit upside dwn with no doors as they did a bathroom nd shower yet the water drains to the hall way outside the bathroom not to the drain i wish i cud put pics up of the horid work they did so discusted we have ppl like this in our cumminity

I've just had the most outstanding service here.
We're travelling for 18 months and have tried to buy new tires over the past two months, with no success. Either an appointment and drop off was required or the tires were inexplicably very expensive.
Fortunately, the tires were not flat but worn, so we could persevere until we found someone to replace the tires in a timely manner; no 4 week wait.

Recently purchased and had two straight Stannah Stair lifts installed. Joe, the sales person and installer advised us of all the pros and cons of curved and straight stair lifts as well as their ability to quickly answer service calls, if required. The two man installation was done professionally and took approximately 4 hours. A day later two minor problems arose and were quickly remedied by a Berg Elevating Repairs General Services professional in less than 24 hours. It was a treat to work with professionals who stand behind their product and believe in complete customer satisfaction. Personal thanks to "Joe".

omg! How could I ever have been so foolish as to go back to Berg to service my wheelchair? They picked up my chair on Dec. 24th. On Jan. 12th they hadn't even submitted a quote to ODSP for repairs!! And when I wrote them a reasonable email pointing this out, they didn't even reply, and when I wrote the next day about not even replying--they brought my chair back unfixed--and wanted to take back their rental chair which had been rented on the 24th for 30 days!! Un-freaking-believable.
Avoid this company like the plague...

Berg serviced my electric wheelchair, charged something like $15 whereas I can picture KO2 bilking $800 bucks. Shame about the customer service: John Watson is a pleasant person to speak to but after dealing with him/Berg a few times and his couldn't-care-less attitude to returning phone calls, emails etc I've given up on them...

They came to put a wheelchair lift in took my steps out ripped up my front yard then they were told they didn't have the go ahead to put in the lift so here we are 5 months later and still haven't had my steps or yard fixed
