What a great experience at BioPed. From the moment you call and hear Johanna’s warmth and kindness on the other end of the phone, you know you’ve found the right people to help you. And I got an appointment the very next day!! Other places in Kingston wouldn’t even return my calls, didn’t answer their phones, didn’t have appointments available for months, or had terrible Google reviews.

After so long in pain and feeling like life would never be the same, only 1 day and my feet already felt mildly better. After a few more days, I started planning hiking adventures again! Michaela was so professional and patient. She found me some great runners to tie me over until my orthotics were made, which only took a week. I love my shoes and my orthotics fit easily into all my footwear. Thank you so much BioPed!

Extremely professional and caring staff. Had custom made orthotics from them at their old location when I was in college, and needed to replace them with a new pair. Technology has changed since then so it was a simple initial visit and then a great visit to pick up my new orthotics. Highly recommend!

I went to Bioped looking for a good pair of walking shoes. Johanna was amazing! She was attentive, patient and truly listened to my concerns and needs. She quickly found the perfect pair of shoes, except they did not have my size unfortunately. I will be back though! It was refreshing to see good customer service still exists!

Appointment was great, validated my concerns and got me set up with a pair of new orthotics. Explained the process very well and went over how the orthotics will help me with my concerns

They were also fantastic about faxing my doctor for an Rx so I could get coverage through my insurance.

A set was 550 before insurance and if I need adjustments to the orthotics I can go back at any time for free which is very nice. If you need a second pair it's less expensive for the second pair. Great place.

My entire family and I had a great experience. They were very thorough explaining how our custom orthotics worked and had great customer service.

We also purchased all of our shoes here for work and for fitness. They have been extremely comfortable about 2 months later.

Plenty of parking when we went. Entrance can be busy at times but just be patient and you’ll be fine.

Gabe did a fantastic job, wiping down all equipment, helping us try on shoes, showing us how the foot functions.

Great work, we will be back again.

My first appointment, I was in pain from ingrown toenails. I had trouble walking without pain. The foot clinic I HAD BEEN using was not taking care of my feet adequately enough.
After that first appointment with Brad I was totally relieved of my toe pain and I was able to walk about and shop for 2 hours without pain in my steps! I thought I would never feel such fast relief!
I highly recommend the Foot care Nurse service provided at Bioped Kingston!
