The service technicians sent a message to confirm that they were on their way to install my new propane tank. This was much appreciated for my planning purposes. They were very thorough, explaining all of the details of what was going to happen. They followed through and did exactly as they had explained. They answered my many questions patiently. Tammy was a great help when our AC died on the hot hot days. She had someone out that same day. Although he couldn’t fix it , due to not having the parts on hand, Jeff came back the very next day and got it running for us .

We had Brice and his team come by to upgrade our propane tank and also install a new gas line for our generator. The whole crew was so friendly and pleasant, and did excellent work. On one of the days, our family had a sudden emergency and had to leave the house immediately. I had no worries about trusting Brice to handle everything at the house in our absence. 10/10 - fantastic team!

The technician, Jeff was absolutely outstanding as a professional and very knowledgable technician. He was very pleasant and very thorough. I certainly will only request Jeff to attend and service the furnace as his performance was in every way complete and very thorough. Birds recently installed a new propane furnace at our house and removed an old oil tank. Jordan, Ethan and Brice were terrific - friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. They worked hard over 2 days to get the job done and cleaned up all mess. They walked us through how to operate the new furnace and thermostat and ensured that we felt comfortable with the new system. We highly recommend Birds and the team of Jordan, Ethan and Brice.
