Dr Tim G. is amazing! He is the best doctor we came across in the last 10 years. He helped our 2.5 years old daughter a few times, and helped to avoid taking antibiotics, she is fully recovered thanks to his treatment. Also, he is very good with kids and so very kind! I wish he was our family doctor.

The front office and the Doctors at this clinic are truly exceptional. They are not only accommodating and professional, but also genuinely friendly to everyone—yes, to everyone! For a walk in clinic ... I have been treated like a long time family friend. After seeing the same doctor twice, I received a call from the secretary, telling me that that same doctor wanted me to come back to check up on my problem. My own doctor has never done that. Today, I saw a different doctor and he too was so caring & proffesional. I'm hoping very much to secure a doctor/patient relationship with one of the doctors at Blake St. Clinic.

Waited about an hour, dr was amazing as always with my young child.
The pharmacy at this location however has horrible customer service. I stood at the drop off counter for close to 10 minutes with no acknowledgement, and there were 3 people within close distance. None of them even said hello, or looked up from what they were doing to say one moment please. I left and went else where for the script.

I decided to take my daughter to this walk-in clinic based off reviews because my family physician is out of town. I got to the location right at open and although there were a few people waiting, the registration with their system was quick and efficient. I didn’t need to stay in the waiting area because they send you texts to tell you know how many people are ahead of you. Once I was called into the room to wait with my daughter, the wait was so short and I was greeted by Dr. Griffioen. He was so, so kind and listened to everything I had to say. I didn’t not feel rushed at all! This was the best experience I’ve had at a walk-in clinic, I will make sure to visit again if I need to.

Nice walk-in clinic. Was recommended by a friend. Service was good, but I fell asleep in the waiting area waiting to be seen.
Once I was in, the doctor diagnosed me accurately & prescribed the necessary medication.
Overall, a faster experience than if I had gone to EMERG.
