Took my son by ambulance who was throwing up and in excruciating pain only to be told to wait in a very packed waiting room. Filled with others coughing around us * not wearing masks I will add*.
But that's not to worst part, homeless were coming in and out multiple times locking themselves in the waiting room bathrooms to be removed by security and causing issues. Very unsafe environment. My son had to use the bathroom but i didnt feel safe to do so. I left and walk home to take my son elsewhere. Very unpredictable and unsafe environment. The place you go when in pain and in need of doctors only for you to not feel safe isn't right.

My wife was in pain and nausea, we went to ER at midnight. Reception prompt and caring. We were able to see a doctor about 3:00 am. Dr. Was excellent, quick analysis of situation, blood tests and Cat scan then MRI, emergency surgical procedure by early afternoon, discovered she had sepsis, after procedure went to ICU. She is off ventilator now and in hospital. The ER doctor, the Surgeon Dr. Way and hospital nurses etc. saved the life of my dear wife. Thank you, we are blessed to have such capable and caring medical services.

Been experiencing a lot of stress lately as I'm sure many can relate to, not normally an anxious person but ended up having some kind of anxiety attack or panic attack recently, went to emerge at 4am and didn't get out of the waiting room until 8am, i definitely felt as though everyone was doing their best but there must not be medical staff on through the night, or not enough anyways. I did finally get to speak to the crisis nurse (i so wish I could remember her name) a slight woman with short dark hair , she was so kind and understanding... I felt better after just having a talk with her, she was also very helpful in connecting me with some resources I will definitely take advantage of. Thankful for her, may god bless her and guide her on her virtuous path

We had a positive experience at Blue Water Health, Sarnia this past week. My husband went into emergency with pain in lower abdomen. Saw doctor and had CTscan within 2 hours of entering emergency department. However, the scan did not get read for another 6 hours, due to no fault at hospital as scans are read off site. Was in for the weekend and had gallstones removed Monday afternoon. Released Monday evening. The nursing care was wonderful. Everyone of them were kind and caring. Doctors were great as well in explaining procedure and promptly informed me of results post procedure. All in all, this experience with Bluewater Health was positive.

Went to emergency on a very busy November 11 around 2:00. 95% full waiting room . Everyone acted in a professional manner and to the best of their abilities, which was 100% in my books.

My wait from entering the waiting room to see a doctor was 2 1/2 hours. Add my time waiting for the X-ray and treatment was another 90 minutes.

Well done Bluewater Health! This will go down in my books as the quickest er visit ever!

I missed a step coming out a door and fell heavily onto my ankle. Instant pain and swelling. My partner took me to the ER. The care I was given (triage, nurses, doctor and xray techs) was exceptional. No broken bones. I was in and out in an hour. My heartfelt thanks to all of you.

From the moment we arrived, dr. Greg demonstrated an extraordinary level of professionalism, compassion, and expertise that immediately put us at ease during a very stressful time.

Bad experience every time.
My daughter and I were admitted for uncontrollable vomiting.
I vomit up what nausea medication they gave me, so they injected me with Heladol(sp?), and it was hell.
I was thrown into some anxiety attack, wanting to pace and stretch, and flap my arms around.
It was horrible. I couldn't care for my young child, or focus, and just pace the room flapping my arms around.

Second time in, a nurse told me they shouldn't have given me that, that it's for psychotic episodes.

I've been suffering with a stomach problem now for a few years where I have episodes of extreme pain.

Well for the past 2 years I've gone in for it when I have such extreme episodes where I feel I really am dieing from it. I'm to the point where I hardly eat because of the pain. My doctor isn't helping me, everyone just shrugs their shoulders.

Well now the hospital just tells me to leave, and that I'm healthy. What was my weight last time? What is it now?

They treat me like I'm just making it up now.
