Nicest lady ever ..Cory stayed after hrs just to help me..I had shoulder surgery and 4 nurses couldn't get the sling 4 on proper. I called Cory from hospital and she stayed just to help me..thank you so much it so made a difference. Couldn't have done it without Cory very caring person she's definitely a keeper..Thanks Cory...

If I could I wouldn't give a Star. This store is a Joke! I arrived just after leaving the hospital with a prescription for a knee brace as I had torn several Ligaments. The Doctor had told me that they have payment plans as I do not not have Insurance, or the cash on hand. The lady at the desk said, AND I QUOTE, " I DO NOT DO PAYMENT PLANS, I ONLY ACCEPT PAYMENT UPFRONT. I DO NOT KNOW WHY THE DOCTOR TOLD YOU THAT. YOU ARE OUT OF LUCK." All of that was said while she was smiling and paying no attention to me. That was the most cold hearted and disrespectful experience, she was borderline laughing at me when I said I could pay..... So disgusted and mistreated. You should be ashamed to employ such a person. I am going to contact Blue Water Health about their refferals to you from now on.... Very unprofessional. You Disgust me!

I am wearing an air cast, not obtained at Bluewater Orthopaedic & Sports Supply, that was pinching the bone on my ankle causing a lot of pain. I went to this business for help and they were able to modify the cast enough that it still supports my ankle without ANY pain. Thanks to Mark for his caring and timely action.
