I’ve been coming here for over a year and I’m loving the results! It took me a while to find the right technician and pacing - I want to thank Shyrne for being so amazing! She is so kind and warm and truly knows her stuff and how to make her clients feel comfortable. I would suggest trying a couple different technicians and make sure to communicate! Tell them about your regrowth and how it’s going and see what they suggest.

The experience has generally been great, and I’ve been a loyal customer for years. However, today I needed to cancel and reschedule because of the heavy snowstorm. I explained to the receptionist, Claudia, that I live half an hour away, and she replied, “We confirmed this appointment with you yesterday, and you could have come earlier since the snowstorm starts in the evening.” While I truly appreciate the CARE and SUPPORT you offer, I emphasized that my concern is my safety. I work long overnight shifts and don’t have the time to stay updated on the news. Please show some empathy.

P.S. I’ve never encountered this issue when I used to go to the Newmarket location and had to reschedule because of snowstorms.

I’m currently in the middle of my laser treatment @ Body & Soul Clinic, but I’m already seeing incredible results and couldn’t be happier! Even though I haven’t completed the full course yet, my skin has improved noticeably. The process has been easy, and I’m excited to see the final outcome. So far, it’s been a total game changer, and I’m extremely pleased with the progress. Big thank you to all staff members for being so helpful, big thank you to Elisabeth, Hasmik, Simonette & Sherry. Started off here with a Groupon and didn't have any issues. Bought a second package to do my lower arms and for the most part it was fine. But the other reviews are correct when they mention that it's a different technician every time and some of them are better than others. Not even sure of the name of the one that provided me a horrible experience, but one woman in particular, I got her on 3 seperate occasions. The first time, no issues with the laser treatment but she kept trying to discuss topics around the economy which I found odd. The next appointment, which is the worst, she had covered up my tattoos and then went over one of them with the machine. I I tried to be polite and brought it up with the receptionist at the front and I didn't want to get the girl in trouble but my tattoo had obviously been burned and the skin was raised. She then proceeded to call the technician out to the front and made me confront her about it, which was very unprofessional and made it uncomfortable. The technician then proceeded to deny that she did that and even when I showed her, she did not want to take accountability. The technician simply said just put some polysporin on it, but didn't really care that it had happened. My last appointment, I got booked with the same technician. At this appointment I was completely on edge and nervous that my tattoo is going to get burned again and I was right. She caught the end of my tattoo after covering it up and I addressed it right then and there in the room. When I had let her know that she had gone over it again, she immediately tried to deny and told me it was another part of my skin. Ultimately, my tattoo is very small and I addressed the burn right away, but I had to deal with managing the burn on that part of that tattoo twice and the staff there couldn't care less. I did see great results with their laser machine and there are some decent technicians there, but do yourself a favour and make sure you request the one you like and don't take a chance on some of the other ones because they clearly lack experience and professionalism.

My go to place for permanent hair removal. I discovered Body&Soul through google search in 2023 and my journey to hair free pits and in my intimate area begun. The staffs are welcoming and they are always bubbly and accomodating. They explain during the sessions how to do aftercare and what to expect. Now that I moved to Halifax, everytime I visit Ontario, I do my follow up sessions for maintenance. If you plan to be hair-free. I strongly recommend Body&Soul.

I’ve been doing my laser treatments with Simonette for nearly a year now. She’s a sweetheart who is attentive to your needs and goals. What I love the most is how she keeps things real with you and doesn’t over promise or push for a sale. Instead, she truly consults which is rare.
She’s also very thorough when doing treatments. You will literally feel the results during the session with her before you see the results a couple of weeks later.
I’ve been to a few aestheticians and clinics, she’s my #1, hence why I’ve stuck here.

Went for several laser hair removal sessions. After 5 sessions significant reduction in the thickness and amount of hair growing. Good results and they are good with getting you in on your appointment time. Free parking lot lots of parking available. Right next to Vaughan mills mall
