Bought our original Ariens snowblower from BOS Equipment in 2008. The machine has worked awesome for all these years without a single issue. Today I hit a newspaper buried in the snow. It broke the hub assembly and jammed the machine up pretty bad. I went to BOS Equipment, parts in hand and they not only had them in stock, but were very helpful in getting me back up and blowing snow. They will get my business next year when it is time to replace our current machine. Thanks for the A+ service.

I purchased a used Truck from Harry at BOS equipment in 2012. It was safetied and I had an accident within days of driving it home. The brakes were re-done but incorrectly. The air conditioning didnt work and the transmission had problems. Harry totally ripped me off and would not do anything about it. He said that "I bought a used vehicle, and I should expect those kinds of things. His mechanic called me to ask me to bring the truck back and said it was "unsafe to drive". I have a voice mail as proof.

Harry Huegenbos wanted nothing to do with giving me my money back. The truck now sits in the driveway, as I am unable to drive it. I dont know what to do, and Harry just took his money and now bad mouths me to my friends that referred me to him.

Do not trust this man. He fooled me, and I am a very good judge of character. He tells you a great storey, but he must be suffering from the bad economy and is desperate for money.

Please trust me about Harry. If you want to contact me, please do. I have more information about him that would surprise you.

Totally disinterested in servicing my snowblower . Too busy to pick it up. Told.me to find a truck. Only 4 hours on the unit. He is supposed to be an Ariens authorized service dealer. Ariens needs to find another dealer.

Excellent Ariens and Gravely and Echo products, fantastic engine work for mowers and small engines. But don't expect to have your butt kissed, he tells it like it is which I appreciate.
