Brooke has always been amazing to deal with. The after hours service is also amazing, they come and fix whatever is wrong and the technicians are always polite and great to deal with.
Recently, we switched over to cloud based cable and tech was great in explaining everything and ensuring we were up and going, then we had outage due to storm a few days later and tech come out on the Stat to ensure we were up and going! Amazing! I have always been happy with my service with Brooke for past 12yrs!

We had the pleasure of having Craig and Kelly come to help us with the new fibre optics. Kelly was so fun to work with when we were setting up the appointment. She put up with a lot of our questions and antics over the phone. Then when she showed up with Craig, it was nice to put a face to the voice. They were both so professional and easy to to talk to. So glad that there is such good customer service. It is hard to find that.

I went into the Brooketel office Aug 28 to ask about fibreoptic service. Within 24 hrs they had assessed my property and they arranged to set up service Aug 30. The technician Kevin was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He was able to set up my internet and ensure I could smoothly transition my devices that day including a new webcam installed to monitor my property. He also helped me figure out how to switch over my email so that I would have time to notify all my contacts. I really appreciated the expertise and assistance above and beyond my expectations!

Been enjoying the fast fiber upload speeds I am getting. Recently heard a beeping sound every 15 mins, from the main router. Made a call to head office, literally 20 mins later, a service guy was here to replace the battery. Great service
