I don’t think I’ll return. There are some deals, but a lot of items prices are comparable to what you would find at regular retail price. A lot of the items they are trying to sell are either damaged, or missing pieces. Although some of the small appliances are fairly enticing, it’s not worth saving mere shekels for a product that’s been opened, damaged, and or missing important pieces.

The customer service is terrible. A short old guy, who wore a hat that said “security” on it was very rude to my mother. That’s no way you treat a lady, let alone a woman in need of assistance. I was astonished by the interaction. My mother was left just as shocked as I was. I do sincerely hope that this individual gets at least some retraining, as this interaction is what will steer me away from ever returning.

In conclusion, this place is not worth checking out, the prices don’t even substantiate a returning trip.

Today I went to channel to exchange an item and the customer service lady was so rude, she yelled at me in front of all customer telling me the company is bankrupt and the new company who bought the store is not accepting exchanges, that my receipt was more than 7 days older, I asked about the policy because nobody told me there was 7 days limit to exchange and she raised her voice telling me that it has been always like this, that’s not an explanation, she kept yelling at me and I was almost crying, I said it’s ok thank you and went inside the store to check another item and she sent the security lady after me telling me not go inside the store with the item I purchased before even though I had my receipt, I just left and not coming back again, poor customer service, employees think they own the store and treat you like nothing! Avoid this store!

Bought yesterday a carpet 7 by 10 feet and took home. I found it ripped in the middle with areas showing floor only, no wool. Took it back and they refused to refund. the agent, Nicole S. told me I should have spread it on the warehouse floor to check!!!

Such a joke.

My family and I would shop at channel control almost once a week , now that it has changed companies with no notice and HORRIBLE return policy it is most definitely going to change. My stepmother picked up an item for my daughter for Christmas that she wanted soo badly from Santa . She opened up the cookeez makery toy on Christmas to play with it only to find that it was already used and was missing the plush , so the toy wouldn’t work. I had to explain to her how an elf must have messed up in quality control so she wasn’t disappointed . Some how save the magic of Santa . Go on Boxing Day with her to exchange it for one that worked or another toy to then get told I can’t return! What a joke and complete disappointed . Paid $25 for garbage , a USED BROKEN TOY!! I’m sorry but if you’re going to have a policy that nobody can return a thing , items should be cheap as HELL or at least if you’re still gonna charge that much for garbage at least make sure everything is there for it to work before putting on the shelf . I am sooo extremely disappointed in the company that took over channel control . And will be letting everyone know about my AWFUL experience and will def not be supporting this business much at all now . 0 stars for sure

Prices are nowhere near better than your own neighbors. Buy on marketplace.
I bought a waffle iron perfectly packaged marked $74 with 50% off, exciting?! No.
It was used and disgusting, covered in batter.
I was going to return it, but figured it's the same as buying on marketplace, except usually it would have been nice and clean. They're lucky I was raised smart to reuse and recycle within community.
I cleaned it well after testing if it works. It now has a good home, but the journey was not a great one.
See photos for before and after of my $40 purchase.
Buy on marketplace from your neighborhood, don't waste your time and encourage this place.

The supervisor is supper rude. I would like to test the earpods. Instead of telling me not to put it in your ear, she was screaming in my face that don't put it in your ear. I didn't know about it. I was so embarrassed and almost cried there. I didn't ask for free stuff, I paid for it. And not only 1 time, she kept yelling like that for 5 mins.

This warehouse has cheap prices on stuff. Some new and mainly used junk. Very rude customer service and not pet friendly! They have a security guard that is very rude telling me no pets allowed even though she told me once and I was on my way out she followed me ridiculous!!!
Very disappointed!
We definitely won’t be back!

My partner and I used to love going here but they are definitely messing with their prices now. All items are severely broken or damaged, you can't even justify buying them at a discount with how bad they are. We went in today and saw some drill kits that we were interested, marked around $340 for the "best" one at 60% off. Well, we found that exact set on RONA for $180. After the "discount" you were really only saved $40, not the ~$100+ discount they're trying to say you'll get.
