It’s rare that a challenging experience leads to an opportunity for a service provider to show why I chose them in the first place. Needing to move 2 phone lines to a new provider (including from a VOIP provider), the transfer was a disaster. The VOIP provider dropped the ball and didn’t fully initiate the transfer, so I was in limbo for over a week. Not great for a Realtor on the road. HOWEVER, Gary and his team at Can-Mobile took on the challenge to make sure everything was ready on their end. That week was quite stressful, yet I didn’t doubt for a moment that Gary was working on my behalf to solve the issue. Yes, the rate and plan are outstanding. What really impressed me was that Gary was present and communicated before, during, and after the process. For any business owner who’s had to waste valuable time waiting on hold when calling your phone company - use that time to call Gary instead. You’ll thank me later.
