Extremely dangerous driver from this company mid age white guy driving Chevy SUV cut me off at 10:00ish am today on Oct 2 Dundas exit from 403. Could have caused an accident.

(Original for context) Disappointed with the customer service. Had one of their agm batteries installed through my car dealership. The battery claims its under warranty for 5 years. When I called Canadian Energy they need to test the battery but only have one technician. This means keeping the battery for several days. I don't know many people in the gta who can go without a car for a week. It's a shame. I won't be buying batteries from this company again. Friendly staff but not a helpful return modle. I'd look elsewhere for more reliable warranties.

Update: After purchasing a new battery from a different supplier we brought our old one in for testing. After just over a week (was over holiday season) the battery was faulty. Canadian Energy refunded the full cost of the battery to us. So in the end they were able to right the situation, just wish it could have been an easier process and I would have kept my business with them. While not perfect, I must admit they came through in the end and I feel confident recommending their service and products.

The absolute worst Battery I have ever bought. If I could give them 0 stars I would, after two months, the battery was dead I had to call CAA, for a jump start.

Great customer service! These guys were very helpful diagnosing a dying battery and in the end offered to replace it under warranty. My mechanic has been recommending these batteries and after this experience I will happily keep buying them!

Justin did an excellent job. He recharged my old Canada Proof battery overnight in order to test it properly.
The test revealed that it had a bad cell so it was replaced under warranty. I'm very happy with the service at Canadian Energy.

Richard at the Markham location was super friendly and patient when I called needing a battery for my Ford Raptor. He didn't try to upsell me and also helped me save a lot of money setting up a back up system for my sump pump. Highly recommend and my new go to place for a battery.

I had a wonderful experience today while visiting Canada Energy Toronto GTA to replace my Car battery and Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) for my computers. I rely on my UPS to keep me online as I now work from home and Internet access is critical. In any case, the customer service is amazing, courteous and friendly. I can whole heartedly recommend them for all your battery needs.

I spent nearly $2000.00 on two AGM batteries for my motorhome, never let them die, were on charge 24/7, only ever used the batteries twice in the past two years I've had them and yet they are both junk. Will not hold a charge, will die in less than 8 hours with no load on them and Canadian Energy will not do anything about it. Garbage batteries, so much for trying to shop local.
