My Experience with Canadian Linen has been extremely disappointing. I have a very easy request and my order is shorted every week. I have reached out to managers and been promised things will be fixed. I have been waiting for over 2 months to have my full ordered delivered correctly and still nothing. No acknowledgement from emails from general managers. Not the customer service experience I was hoping for.

We have been receiving mats and bar towels from Canadian Linen for over 3 years now. They are the best in the business! Terry Patey always goes above and beyond to ensure we have the supplies needed for the week ahead. They show up no matter the conditions, I’ve seen Terry show up here in the middle of a blizzard many times throughout the winter months never late. Highly recommend them if you are in the service industry and in need of some quality products always delivered on time and in fashion.
