A few problems: waited over one hour for colonoscopy for mom which is outrageous when someone is fasting. Also phone number for clinic did not work. Had colonoscopies at other clinics which seemed much more organized and professional. Felt very unreassuring. Recommend GI health centre in Burlington instead.

Horrendous experience 😭 This whole experience was so dehumanizing! I cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism and lack of empathy!

I have been experiencing some health issues and my doctor ordered that an investigative colonoscopy procedure be done. I was very surprised to get call back from the clinic the same day the referral was sent. They informed that a spot was available for Wednesday, even though it was really close, I figured why not just get it done ASAP! My only issue was that my husband was not available to pick me up, I then called them back on Tuesday morning to let them know that. I insisted on perhaps booking another day instead, but the receptionist offered the option to be driven back home by shuttle after the colonoscopy. I repeatedly asked her to confirm that I would have a ride home, because I was going to leave my car at home to take an Uber.

Today was the day of the procedure and I did my part, I took the preparation medicine and it was just so awful but I endured! I spent the night in the bathroom as you may know how things go down when it comes to the prep for a colonoscopy!

I hired an Uber and arrived on time. After completing the forms I was handed over to you the nurse. She was friendly and professional as expected. She led me to the dressing area and explained the next steps. Upon completion of all necessary "things" I was ready for the next phase. To my dismay!! The nurse questioned why I didn't have an assigned family member or adult to pick up me after the colonoscopy. I told her that everything was okay and that the receptionist had assured me of a shuttle service drop off after. The nurse told me to get dressed right away because it was against their policy to release a patient without a supervising adult. I then arranged for my husband to come and pick me up. Although it meant I would have to wait for him in the waiting room.

They would not allow me to wait in their premises after the procedure. I didn't have the procedure done after I spent a total of $160 as I ended up taking two Ubers back and forth from a different city and I also paid for the medication. Not to mention the toll it took on my body physically and emotionally!

Do not trust these people, go there at your own risk. I've never felt so demoralized! The doctor would not even spare a moment to talk to me or even hear me out! I suspect he had no intention of even performing the procedure to begin with. I wonder what the push back is? Did they want my personal information or do they get to claim a potion from the government if a patient shows up but there's a miscommunication? This is a mystery, because they insisted on me coming as soon as possible! I am so disappointed!!

Amazing experience at this clinic. Staff and Physicians had phenomenal bed side manner, went through the findings prior to discharge and include hard copy for patient to take home. Was booked in within 2 weeks of referral and had results same day. Procedure was fast and absolutely painless. Would return to this clinic anytime.

I was referred to Canmed by my physician and as a diligent health person I read the previously entered reviews for the clinic. When I saw 3.7, I was concerned, so I read the reviews in detail and to be honest some of them gave me pause enough to want to contact my doctor to have him refer me somewhere else. I did eventually decide to attend the clinic and I’m glad that I did. Everyone from the nurses to the doctor was fantastic. I am not the easiest patient having anxiety, not liking IVs and being anxious about being put under. Dr Pandya spent a few minutes before the procedure talking to me and putting my mind at ease. He was very friendly, very kind, very reassuring explained everything and checked in on me until I passed out. The nurses, and there were several of them that interacted with me, were all very friendly, very kind, very knowledgeable and patient. Luckily enough, my results won’t require me to go back for quite a while, but I will have no hesitation whatsoever to go back to CaMed when I have to.

I wiuld like to give them 10 star if possible. I met an excellent medical team starting from receptionist, nurses, Anaethetist, Doctor everybody was so kind to me and made the procedure easy. I didn't feel any discomfort since I got sedated right before procedure. Thank you Doctors and thank you all team because you saved my life.

Thank you for the wonderful staff at Nebo Endoscopy who made me feel at ease with my procedure ! Dr Pandya is a great doctor with a professional bedside manner he took his time to explain the procedure and investigate the root cause of my problem without making me feel rushed even though they had back to back appointments booked! It’s nice to have doctors like dr Pandya who actually show concern and not treat you like a number! Thank you again to all the staff at CanMed Endoscopy keep up the amazing work 💓💓

Would not recommend for colonoscopy. They book too many patients and make them wait more than hour past appointment time. Very frustrating for someone who has been fasting for day and a half

My appt was scheduled for 10:30. I was told to come for 10am. It's now 12:10 and I'm still waiting to be called in. This is ridiculous! What a waste of my time! Why do they book so many people in, just to make them wait? Why not let people know they're 2 hrs behind m, so the can leave and come back?
