You order medical supplies that are needed, three items in order. They take you money right away. Two days later you get an email only one item is in stock and will ship, the others when they have them in stock. Later another email, it will be quite a bit longer than they said. They still have your money. Asked for an alternative and was sent catheters that were hard and not flexible. Ended up making me bleed. When contacted, they said sorry we can refund you 20%. Now have 99 Catheters unusable. When companies are out of stock they should say on the website and not take your money until it is shipped, Amazon does this. Next day I found the brand I use cheaper at another company and they shipped that day. I will never use this company again.

I order supplies for my daughter. I have them delivered we have a big covered porch with a gate. They keep leaving the supplies on the stairs and this time they left them in the pouring rain on the stairs. Needless to say the box of diapers, wipes and catheter I bought are soaked. What a waste of hundreds of dollars worth of supplies. That we needed. Drivers need to be more careful where they put stuff. Not the first time

Prices are the best I've sourced. Catalogue was not super clear to me as I had to order two pieces and wasn't sure they were compatible. I phoned the number. Rep checked numbers and verified for me. I placed the order and it came to my door in three days via courier.
Great service. Wish I had known about them when I got out of hospital. Would have relieved a lot of stress.
