Start off by saying nobody wants a CPAP. So I certainly was hesitant about going in. That quickly went away. The person who took care of me was phenomenal, thanks Dahab. From the beginning she put my mind at ease, knew her stuff and help me get going. The extra bonus was availability via email when I had questions or issues. They were quickly rectified, and always well handled. Definitely satisfied with my initial experience and the getting of my new CPAP machine.

I’ve been using a CPAP for just over a decade but I only started going to Capital Home Medical Equipment recently. Great service and the price was better than the previous place I’d been going to. The downtown location is easy for me to get to and the staff were kind and knowledgeable. I got my newest CPAP machine here and I’ll be getting my masks and accessories here moving forward.

The staff I worked with were friendly, seemed to be relatively knowledgably, and were accommodating with my insurance to ensure coverage. However, I was a little shocked when the staff here told me that Ontario's Assistive Devices Program(ADP) didn't cover any mask or tubing that was needed for my CPAP machine, which meant my insurance had to cover a lot more than I was expecting. I spoke with Ontario's Assistive Devices Program who informed me that there was a basic hose and mask that is covered under ADP. I didn't get all the details, but if you are worried about cost I would ask and clarify what options you might have to access more coverage.

I highly recommend Capital Home Medical for buying A CPAP machine. They take the time to explain everything and fit you properly. I had a bad experience at another CPAP supplier who first fitted me with a size large full face mask and then said I was a size small, which was also wrong. Fortunately Capital Home Medical fitted me with a medium size mask and I am having success. They are always a phone call away snd are very pleasant to deal with.
