I have always been terrified of the dentist due to bad childhood experiences. Dr. Gunn and his entire staff are caring, wholesome people who put your needs and wants first in an amazingly comforting way, such that I find it a pleasurable experience and have no qualms or fears in going there. They all get an A+ from me.

My first visit to Care Dental. I’m so pleased. Coming off a bad experience with dentist in Port Dover I now feel confident that I’m finally with the right practice and people who listen to me and care about my dental health.

First visit and I'm blown away by Dr. Gunn and his team. Everyone was super nice, friendly and professional. I can't say enough about them here, you just have to trust me on this! It feels like they know each person and treat them like family friends while being very professional. I left a big dentisty in the city to find this treasure in my local area. Care Dental’s staff and Dr Gunn were exceptional today! After three days of pain, they were thorough in finding the issue. I was particularly touched by their compassion to my discomfort and pain. Now I let the medications do their job.

I wont lie... its been over 10 years since last cleaning/check up...?

Many other dentist try to make you feel guilty for neglecting your mouth/dental health...?

This team at Care Dental, did NO such thing; not even one bit!?

They were very supportive and made sure that I was comfortable the entire session.?

I was there almost 2 hours for first startup /new client exam and then a cleaning.

The lady working with me has guts and grit to be able to work on someone for that long. I am sure my mouth was a bit of a challange as had lots of tarter built up. But she dug in and got it done. She was careful and I suffered only minimal pain; but that was due to me waiting too long to get regular cleanings (which I will continue to do so now every 6 months)

To others, if it has been a while since last cleaning/checkup, don't fret, go to a dentist that you wont regret. ?

If you were worried like me, and are worried that it has been a long time and they may try to make you feel bad for waiting so long to go? Don't worry about that. You will not feel that here. They are just happy to help.

This location at Port Rowan are small town friendly and I am glad I was referred to them.
