My Deaf mother has been a resident of the home for 2 ½ years. My family is appreciative of the quality of care that is provided to her and is pleased with the warm and safe environment that she is in.

The staff are professional, caring, and attentive, and they encourage my mother to participate in different activities. They have even gone out of their way to learn sign language to communicate with her.

Overall, our family is at peace knowing that our mother is in good hands at the Richmond Care Home.

My mom has been a resident at Carefor for almost a year now. I am very impressed with how well she has settled in. The staff are all very kind and caring, as well as professional. I love the small intimate size of this home. It truly allows for individualized care, unlike some of the large and perhaps more fancy care homes. I would recommend Carefor Richmond to any family who has a mother /grandmother, etc, they adore.

We visited here as part of the process to find an appropriate long-term care facility for a family member. This looks like a wonderful place. They specialize in making it a home-like environment for they patients, most of whom suffer from some sort of Dementia. The only problem for us is that there are no government subsidies available, which makes it somewhat expensive.
Update: My mother has been staying here for the last few months now and this is indeed a wonderful place for your loved one with moderate dementia issues. The staff is excellent and the care the residents receive is truly wonderful.

My mother has been a resident for several months now and I can tell you first hand that Richmond Care Home is excellent in every way. The staff are professional, attentive and cheerful and always willing to help. I give them a 10/10 rating.
