I recently visited the clinic to have some blood work done, and I was very impressed with the lady at the front desk. She is professional, friendly, and very good at her job. The process was smooth and stress-free thanks to her. I also noticed two other ladies who were very polite and kind. I appreciate their hard work. Highly recommended!

They called and said they were going to be over an hour late, then an hour later they called to say they can't make it at all... and they were going to charge us double since we live in petty harbour which is only 15 minutes from downtown... I will be going out of my way to ensure people know how unprofessional this service is!
