Vraiment de tres bons soins. Le personnel est attentionné et bienveillant. Notre maman a eu la chance d’y vivre et elle était en sécurité et très bien entouré. Bravo pour votre excellent travail.

Je dois admettre que depuis que ma mère a été transférée à cette résidence, elle reçoit de très bons soins. Un endroit propre avec une très bonne surveillance, un personnel à l'écoute de ses besoins, sans oublier l'atmosphère divertissant. Sachant qu'elle est bien entourée apaise notre inquiétude à chacun des membres de ma famille.Un endroit remarquable et recommandable. Merci à toute l'équipe .

My grand father was there for only a few short months, as his granddaughter and POA i was there very often with my family. He was on level 2R as he had dimentia and he absolutely loved this place. The workers are extremely patient and they truly care for the folks there. We miss the other patients there and would love to come visit them.
My grandfather had Dr. Lortie as his Doctor there and she is simply the best !

My father has been at Champlain for quite some time. Centre d'accueil Champlain is blessed to have Stephanie as their kitchen manager and she is such a significant part of their team. Stephanie loves and values people. She is competent and very thoughtful; she pours her heart in to all she does, and it shows!

My dad has been there since Oct 2018, and has been reported on many occasions that my dad gets hit and abused by other patient and has Mark's and bruises. The staff do not monitor all require patients that are treated by other patients. The management never follow through with occurrence reports in communicating with the love one and POA. The staff uses my dad washroom with other patients while my dad is in his room sleeping.

not enough staff to provide proper care.. I was a regular visitor for many years and I think the 5 stars review is extremely overated. 4 times out of 5 there were no nurses or caregivers at the front desk they depend on volunteers for help. The city of Ottawa should cut positions elsewhere not in health care these people have paid taxes their entire life they deserve proper care and dignity.

My father was there briefly and was very weak when he arrived at your doorsteps. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations, more caring staff or better all around environment for him. Thank you all to a very dedicated staff who I know all deserve a raise.
