Worst place pharmacy is open but not the drs office says open at 11am but no one at drs office not even reception your getting paid to work and u don’t show up you don’t care about your patients once you improve I’ll change the review

WORST HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS

Waiting room is a mess, it is better to go sit on a stool in a dumpster. The ape sitting behind the front desk just tells patients to figure out amongst patients who goes in first. No consideration for any of the older patients.

Once, the civil war has ended between the patients (took more than 1.5 hrs). You go meet an unqualified "assistant" with zero knowledge of American healthcare. She takes your blood pressure and vitals. Informs me that IM GOING TO CHANGE YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICATION (despite her NOT being the doctor). I informed her that I have been on the medication for over 12 years because of allergic reactions my previous doctor didn't change it. She told me to she would get me Dr. Shakkeela to discuss my issues. Dr. Shakkeela (BARRIE site) doesn't even look me in the eye. She was busy texting, I guess her conversation was more meaningful than a 62 year old patient requesting the same medication I have been on for the past 14 years.

I'm going to be lodging an official complaint against this clinic for neglecting patients and treating us like a joke. Also, for running a clinic under unqualified staff. This is an illegal establishment.

Dr. Shah (Barrie site) is compassionate about his clients. Easy to talk to and listens to what you have to say. The receptionist has a wonderful disposition, always pleasant and very receptive to the clients that come in to see Dr. Shah
