I have ordered wood and asked the gentleman, if they could cut the wood for me into a specific size.
They could, delivered it and it was the nicest cut wood I saw in a long time. 🙂
The driver was very helpful and polite.

These people are very helpful and amiable and you dont have to walk for miles. They just get everything for you. I can shop there in 10 minutes whereas the box stores take over an hour.

Home hardware is the bigger store in Picton but there is no customer service. Almost all staff us rude and without personality. Castle or CF Evans is full of nice, knowledgeable sales staff. It's called treat going in there.

Great local family owned business that knows how to treat its customers! Great staff that are patient and willing to offer advice. And they deliver when they say they're going to deliver! I won't buy my lumber from anywhere else.

In store staff were fairly standoff-ish or rude, spoke to us like they were royalty and us peasants. It was mostly the older staff. Unfortunately there are much other choices in town.
