Worst service of any pharmacy I have dealt with!!! Back in December 2024 I was told that they would submit my patient supports to a pharmaceutical company that will cover 35% of the cost of my injection treatment. They never did. Fortunately, the company took my registration over the phone. I emailed the information to Charlton Pharmacy so that they can apply my patient supports towards the total cost of the medication. To this date it has not been applied and the full cost has been billed to my benefits. I called and left voicemail with the billing department and have not received a reply back. And if this was not bad enough, they have been late the past 3 times delivering my medication to the clinic where I receive my injections which must be done within a certain time frame. There is absolutely no excuse or reason for this deplorable level of service. It's total incompetence! I have spoken with my doctor about this in an attempt to get my issues resolved as Charlton Health Care appears not to care about the people they are suppose to be helping.

I visit the Barrie site every two weeks. I want to say that the nurses are very knowledgeable and friendly. Raquel is an amazing nurse!

I recently (today) had a great experience with the pharmacist Carolyn at Charlton Health. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly. I learned more in a 15-minute conversation with her than I have from my own doctors. I also appreciate their delivery service, which is very convenient and reliable.

I highly recommend Charlton Health to anyone looking for a friendly and knowledgeable pharmacy.

Jan 2025 Second time here, I told the Nurse how loud it was the last time I was here. She then asked me if I wanted to get set up for my IV in the bathroom. I then told my program coordinator. When the complaint came in through email, this nurse spoke about it with the Clinic Manager and broached patient confidentiality among other things. I filed a report with CNO. Do not go here at any cost.

Summer 2024 - Nice set up, lots of parking, clean area, large bathrooms. During my infusion the two workers instead of calling one another or going over to talk to the other one would yell across the entire area - we are talking about 25 feet distance to once another while I was having my infusion and trying to sleep. I got woken up so many times. Secondly they play the tv so loud as well. I had a terrible experience and honestly I got shingles shortly after my infusion and I truly blame the atmosphere and getting woken up so many times on it. Go to another location if you're getting an infusion thats longer than 15 minutes.

I deal with the nurses and executive assistant at the University and College location. They are the kindest and most understanding people I’ve ever dealt with. Absolutely the best medical care and personal touches imaginable. 5 stars all the way.

I go for Remicade infusions at the Pritchard location. I love it there. My nurse Wendy is awesome and Katie at the front desk is always smiling. Keep up the great work.

The department in Charlton health that does deliveries for medication , is one of the worst delivery services I've ever seen, they are never on time with their drop offs nor are they accurate. They tell me that a driver will be showing up and never does, I have spoke to a man named Luke and he was very rude towards me when I was trying to explain to him that the driver showed up, so at this moment I won't be having any business with them nor their owner Rob

Terrible service. I switched from remicade to renflexis, due to remicade no longer being covered by my insurance provider, and it was the worst decision I have ever made. I have had many issues with their service! The previous company I was with, BioAdvance, was a much more efficient company. Since joining Charlton I have had issues with trillium, payments processing, claim submissions, and scheduling with them is a nightmare! The reps I have spoken with are lovely and kind but they often let things drop and don’t follow up (ie claim submissions). It’s just terrible! I am actually going to speak with my doctor about switching companies again because I would rather pay out of pocket for my 5 figure a year medication, versus work with them. They need to do better!!

2023: I just found out my care coordinator did not submit a drug coverage termination letter. I have emails that claim she submitted it and now trillium is denying my medication due to never receiving this letter. It’s a simple submission and fix but still an inconvenience. Still dropping the ball almost half a year later.
