I have been to this clinic as a patient for 4 years and I have never had a bad experience. The manager Michelle is professional and friendly. Bad comments and aggressive behaviour should not be tolerated. Some people walk in demanding narcotics and if they don’t get what they want they would scream and criticize the clinic and staff. The most I have waited was 30 min, I would wait more at the hospital and I’m grateful to have a doctor to go to. I’m thankful to have Dr. Ibrahim as a family doctor. He is knowledgeable, attentive, and takes the time to listen to my concerns. He refers me to specialists when needed. Not to mention he’s funny and my kids enjoy coming to the clinic. Dr. Ibrahim explained everything clearly and made sure l felt confident about the treatment plan. The service was efficient, and I never felt rushed.

I recently visited Charlton Medical Center, and my experience was awesome . The clinic is conveniently located, and the atmosphere is calm and clean. The reception staff were friendly and efficient in checking me in, and I didn’t have to wait long to see the doctor.

Every time my family and I visit this clinic we are pleased. Dr. Mahdi always addresses my concerns, even if I come with multiple issues at one visit. Wait times are hours long. Finally got a family doctor here, only to find out they have limited hours to even see patients. I booked an appointment with my family doctor and it got cancelled… by my doctor lol. Better off going to another walk-in clinic.

Dr. Ibrahim was outstanding to respond to the midnight family crises, my son was injured while skiing with head concussion and scapular, upon contacting Dr. Ibrahim he went extra miles to investigate the condition and connecting us with specialists to assess the situation, review his initial x-rays and CT-scan and recommend next steps. It was amazing to experience such service in a country that in a huge shortage of physicians, it is an honor to have Dr. Ibrahim as the family doctor to my son! Keep up the great work!

Not only is Dr Ibrahim a wonderful doctor, who doesn’t treat his patients like a number, He actually listens and cares about his patients. The Pharmacist is great here, and so are the other staff at reception. I will recommend any Doctor in this clinic!
