I went there with a very sore hip. Emergency doctor was giving me a hard time because I didn't have a family doctor. We had just moved here from Hamilton. Did a regular xray. Said I had nothing to worry about. "Go home and take a Tylenol". When I finally got to see a real doctor who did a MRI. Found a tumor pressing against my prostrate and bowel plus my hip which was causing the pin. I have stage 4 cancer and 12 months to live. Thanks for nothing

I would like to commend the gentleman in triage and the nurses in the ER. I went into the Wallaceburg hospital Tuesday, January 7th, 2025 as I had cut a small piece of my finger off with a knife and I couldn't get it to stop bleeding. They were very kind and patient and caring as I was very anxious due to the all the blood.
I had less than a 15 minute wait. Thanks again. You guys are awesome!

Took a few hours to wait but so worth it in the end. I give the Doctors, nurses and all staff in wallaceburg 5 stars they are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and work a very difficult job with very little positive feedback to pick them up. They saved my life before and I feel good knowing we have our hospital here in Wallaceburg. They are stuck dealing with those of us who cannot get family doctors. They do a great job. Thank you for your dedication to our care.

Much better than PGH in Chatham. Just love Dr. Arthur. My Er in Chatham team could not diagnose my wife in what she had. In one trip we were on the right path thanks to Doctor Arthur very through. Staff is great and caring. If I have something wrong with me I will take the half hour drive to Wallaceburg.

Great place to visit as the staff really does care about the patients that either come into the emergency department, are admitted to the hospital, or in need of other services the hospital offers. I would like to see more services being added for patients that need blood work or other tests, especially if they can't drive to Chatham. It's unfortunate that the upper floors of the hospital had to be closed but I'm glad the hospital didn't get closed down like it was supposed to be.

Dr arthur is too unhealthy of a doctor he is blind can barely walk and is depressed Dr Hassan very energetic person but can't get a diagnosis at tall 3 10+ waits and nothing yet i get worse and worse everyday

Only go there if you are dying nurses will try their best but the doctor won't even give you a single painkiller when you are an extreme pain the doctor talk about Tylenol are you freaking kidding me walkout with a tylenol idea after 6 hours A load of BS the doctors can't give you a painkiller because of government regulations they can't even do their job then the doctor will just lie to you oh we don't have them here
