Love this place! One of the best chocolate drinks I have ever tried. The barista was so friendly and helpful; she even offered us some samples since it was our first time. The seating area upstairs is spacious and well-decorated. I highly recommend this place for any chocolate lover!

I love the coffee and chocolate in this place. I have tried different ones, and all of them are good. It took me a while to discover that they have a little space at the top where you can sit and have your coffee. We brought home the jaguar swirl Alegria Bites chocolate, which is fantastic for charcuterie or as a snack. The flavour of this place really reminds me of Oaxaca.

Been frequenting this unique Hot Cocoa place since the oast 3 years now. I'm a big dessert/chocolate fanatic as long as it's not too sweet. This cafe resinates perfectly with me. I recommend getting their hot cocoa with no added milk to get full advantage of their concentrated, medicinal and therapeutic, indigenously made-with-love and sustainablly outsourced cocoa. The servers working their are always energetic and seem passionate. They often give away sample chocolate pieces to try out for their new chocolate bars as well.

If you’re a chocolate lover who values quality and ethics, look no further than Chocosol. They make small-batch, bean-to-bar dark chocolate using direct-trade cacao and are deeply committed to ethical sourcing and sustainability.

My absolute favourite is the Mon Cherry D’Amour—made with 65% dark chocolate, vanilla sea salt, and dried cherries. It’s the perfect balance of bittersweet richness, tart fruitiness, and just a hint of salt to bring all the flavours together. Truly divine, and in my opinion, a must-try.

I also thoroughly enjoyed the Kakai + Cacao bar, which features maple-glazed pumpkin seeds, sea salt, and 52% chocolate. Slightly sweeter than the cherry bar—almost edging toward a milk chocolate—it’s still incredibly well-balanced. The added crunch from the pumpkin seeds is a great touch.

If you like spice, the Five Chilli Bullet bar packs a serious punch! Even with a high spice tolerance, I found it fiery—so definitely one for the heat-lovers.

All in all, I left a happy customer and feel proud to support a local business that cares just as much about people and the planet as they do about making amazing chocolate.
