My son and I recently visited City Centre Walk-In Clinic, and we had an excellent experience. Nurse Debbie was incredibly caring, taking the time to listen and ensuring we both felt comfortable and well taken care of. Her kindness and professionalism truly made a difference. The pharmacy team was also fantastic—very knowledgeable and helpful, making sure we understood everything about our prescriptions. The Great clinic I've been to in Barrie. Today I met Abby who is a nurse. She’s very helpful, friendly and good to talk to. I have a problem with my left eye. I thought using Virtual to communicate with the doctor would be very difficult*** but the health team didn't make me feel that way. She took pictures of my eyes, explained my concerned problem and sent them to the doctor for examination.
That was my first look at how realistic and amazing it was.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr.Kasmani, and Debbie. From the moment I walked in Debbie the nurse, the staff was friendly and welcoming. I appreciated that Dr. Kasmani took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain the treatment plan. Their expertise and professionalism put me at ease, and I felt confident in their care. Since then all my concern was resolved. I would highly recommend Dr. Kasmani to anyone in need of a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor.

Awesome walk in clinic. I've been having trouble finding a family doctor due to physician shortage. This clinic offers very convenient virtual doctor appointment with on site check up from nurses. They diagnosed and solved my issues like a charm. Highly recommended.

So this is in fact a walk in clinic, where youll meet with a virtual dictor with a physicians assistant in the room with you. The staff were friendly and compassionate. I was seen immediately on a Saturday morning with no wait, and got my prescription from the pharmacist right away.

Great place! Friendly pharmacy staff and nurse. Doctors aren't seeing anyone in person right now but if you tell the nurse what you want he'll set you up with a phone call and you'll get a call within 3 hours. The inside is also really nice considering the area of town it's in
The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because there's some sketchy people going around outside of this place.. when I went earlier today there was a lady with a needle in her arm around the corner from the front door, so if you're bringing a kid here - be careful

Faster than the other clinics but you are checked out and then the Doctor is reached by visual phone and your prescription is done. Different but works. Problem was my prescription was sent incorrectly so instead of 2 weeks worth of pills I got 2 pills. After phone calls and emails to the Doctor from my pharmacist I called the clinic to get a hold of the doctor as there was no response. They said they would After a day and a half I got a hold of my personal physician and they corrected the prescription. Two days later I have the pills I need for my bladder infection. At 4:30 the clinic calls me and says that my prescription has been sent to my pharmacy at 10:30. Obviously they have never had a bladder infection.

It was quick getting in however be aware ...the doctor sent me for bloodwork.....but never followed up and bloodwork was not good. If my family doctor hadn't had a feeling she should check her email while at a conference the outcome could have been fatal for me. My doctor was not impressed
