The front staff were friendly and there was no wait for the ultrasound. The technician however, was abrupt, unfriendly and never spoke but to say where to sit. He did not make me feel comfortable at all. The test did seem thorough, thankfully.

They should be kind some people do have serious problems and need support even a little smile 😃 do not recommend unless like me you do not have the choice

They do not respect their own schedule. We attempted to go here for x-rays twice during their 'open' hours, but both times they were closed. This caused some fairly serious inconveniences as we now have to take another day off work to find another x-ray facility. They are unreliable overall. I can't speak to the staff's attitude, but they certainly lack professionalism and respect towards their clients. You cannot close shop whenever you want just to take a longer lunch, or to go home early. This is one of the many issues with privatized healthcare providers, they are unreliable.

Was sent to get an xray requested from my doctor. Upon arrival was told that OTIP does not pay for this xray. Went to pay and they sent me accross the street to get money out of the ATM machine at Shell and paid a $3.50 fee to get it. I had a lung infection and was sent out to get cash in the cold freezing rain because they don't accept a debit card. I felt like this was a joke. Or a scam because they also said they could not give me a receipt. Very strange.

I also watched an elderly lady be sent to her doctor to get a new order for her xray because her doctor had sent it with the wrong name on it by error. The administration could have called the doctor and asked to have it faxed with the approval of the patient with asigned consent form.
Just non sense.

I went for a chest xray because I fell in the stairs on ice. When I called to have my images sent to my Osteopath they told me I had to go there to get a paper. I could not go there again caus the pain was unbearable. The report said no fracture. The Osteopath found 2 ribs dislocated and put them back in place. There should be better service because clients go for xrays because they have pain. They are worried. More compassion is needed and better reception at front desk.

They close an hour before their actual closing time. For people who work until 3pm, which is most people, this really isn't helpful. They do a have a sign at the front desk saying they have a right to turn away anyone half an hour before close but they're turning people away an hour before close as well. Only option is to go into Orleans, which also closes at 4pm. With high traffic timing, anyone coming from Rockland wouldn't make it in time.

I walked in today to see the receptionist in open toed sandals, bare feet in a medical setting. As someone who has had many years working in healthcare, I was disgusted to say the least. This violates health codes, safety codes, and it honestly just not proper in any work setting. I could tell I was not the only one that had noticed it.

I have been to this clinic before and have had very good experiences with the x-ray techs I have had, this is why I could not in good heart leave the 1 star review I would like to for the instant.

Complete disconnect between reception, the tech and the patient. As a newly pregnant person, I would take yourself elsewhere. Two bad experiences here and will be going elsewhere from now on..

The Tech tried to tell me I couldn't have access to my images and wouldn't let me hear the heartbeat. Called front desk after I got home and was told this wasn't the case and I had to drive back to the clinic for a piece of paper with an activation code.....

Was told that the heartbeat on the machines aren't real and he won't let me listen... way to spoil a beautiful moment. My OB GYN was also refused access to my images because they were not 'finalized'.

Needless to say, despite this being close to home, I will be going elsewhere.
