I am plessed with the service provided by Dr. Boily. He takes the time to ensure he is thorough and addresses all issues during a single visit. Although wait times can be long, it is certainly worth it. Last time my appt was right on schedule.

Dr. Boily is the absolute best family doctor! He is kind, compassionate, brilliant, and he gives so much empathy and time to each and every one of his patients. My husband and I are deeply grateful for Dr. Boily. We are blessed to have a family doctor like this. He does his best to answer all questions and concerns, making us feel valued and heard. Despite the incredible amount of pressure he is under, he always takes the time needed for every case that comes through his door. He is worth waiting for. We should bow down to quality doctors like this, and we can all only hope that he remains for a very long time in such a challenging and overwhelming profession. Dr. Boily, thank you for everything, and we can't wait to see you soon. You brighten our days, and you have significantly impacted our lives more than words could ever describe. Chad and I have many issues between the two of us, thank you for helping us on the path to being healthy and well.

I Have been a patient of Dr. Morrissey since he began his practice. Dr Morrissey is an excellent physician. As fot having to wait, it comes with the territory, some patients need more time than that anticipated and scheduled. Personally, I try to state my business and be out of his office in the time alloted, though, I don't always succeed. Over the years I have had excellent, kind, caring and professional service from Dr Morrissey and his very competant staff. He is, without a doubt,the most competant doctor I've ever had and I'm
no spring chicken.

I have been a patient of Dr. Boily's for many years now. He has always reiterated his level of care for his patients. Today, I was told I'd be charged for missing an appointment for the first time ever - an appointment made 1 year ago during the pandemic. I was sent a reminder email Sunday evening (that only went to my junk, i.e. I never got it) with no request for confirmation; this for my appointment early Monday morning, or less than 12 hours later. If this Dr. and his staff really valued their time (which they don't), and weren't out to assert their power /position over others (which they are), they would implement a booking confirmation system that actually asks the patient to confirm their appointment (that was made a whole 12 months ago). My dentist has a similar system, as does my barber, lol. This is a Dr.'s office for heaven's sake - a lot more critical to make appointments than a hair cut you'd think. With this system in place, appointments would be less likely to be missed by the patient, who will be told quite simply that there is no appointment available for rebooking by Dr. Boily's staff. I tried to plead my case, accidents happen and memory loss during the pandemic is real, but reception had no sympathy, no level of care, and no solutions. This is disgusting practice and I wouldn't recommend this Dr. to anyone who has a full-time job, other responsibilities / dependants, etc. as they have zero flexibility / compassion, which during a pandemic and from a Dr. is outrageous. Please, please do everything you can to find yourself another medical professional – these guys don’t care.

Dr Morrissey is the best Doctor in Canada. People are too impatient...he's well worth the wait. Try and book an appointment in NB and see if you can even find a family Doc there. Appreciate what you have here.
