First visit at Cobblestone massage today, I couldn't have left happier from seeing Karen, she was amazing and i left feeling so much more relaxed, and i slept like a baby when i got home. Her bedside manner was exceptional, and she really listened. Very comfortable from the get go. Layla the receptionist was fabulous as well, gave me lots of advice. And direct billing is another weight off your pocket. Wouldn't hesitate to return, Staff I met were great !

I started out at the clinic on rest acres about 10 years ago and now am at the clinic on Curtis Ave. Everyone at both clinics has always been super friendly and knowledgeable. Tony is amazing for physio, he has been great with all of my injuries/chronic illness over the years. Patient, very knowledgeable and creative in helping to adapt exercises sometimes so that I am able to do them. I would recommend him to anyone needing physio.

Yaroslav Diaz is an incredible massage therapist! I went to him with severe shoulder and neck pain, and he worked wonders. His technique is exceptional, and he truly understands how to relieve tension and promote healing. After just 1 session, I felt a significant improvement. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his clients’ well-being. I highly recommend Yaroslav to anyone in need of a skilled and effective massage therapist!

So. A year ago i went in for orthotics and thought this place was well received. I got them done but wasn't sure about how it worked.

A week after using them i could no longer walk on my foot for two weeks. The pain was so excruciating i could not hold my weight and had to take time off.

I went back to them afterwards and tried again, they attempted to "adjust" them, but after two days, it was back in full force and i had to throw them out. I then had to wear soft sandals in my house to alleviate the pain.

I went back to my old foot specialist when my benefits reseted and within five minutes he showed me the issue. I am now back to where i no longer need sandals in the house.

Get a second opinion. Don't assume they know better.

I have been treated at Cobblestone for severe back pain and related issues. as well as the excellent treatments I have been taking a senioss exercise class twice a week from trainer Tristan for the last two months. My back issues have been resolved at this time so that i feel normal for the first time in 5 months. Thank you Cobbleston and Tristan.
