So disappointed with the reception staff at Colchester Dental. They called me on Monday to remind me about my sons appointment on Wednesday, but neglected to tell me about my other son's appointment on Tuesday. So of course he missed it as he had no reminder at all and we have now been charged $91!! Love our dentist there, but probably won't go back due to reception staff!

I'm shocked at the one star reviews! I am an adult who is terrified of the dentist. Knowing I needed alot of work, I was surprised that I didn't. Dr.Bashow is honest, he referred me to endo and said he wasn't comfortable doing it. I respect that! He tells it like it is however is reassuring at the same time.nothing but pleasant experiences with Lindsay (hygenist), Dr.Bashow and assistant and the front office staff! 10/10!!

I wouldn't recommend this office for anyone under the age of 12.

I brought my son in for a appt March 3rd/2021
My son is ASD so he has sensory issues along with Anxiety (Which was known to the company)
So I accompany him to his appts (please keep in mind he is under the age of 7). So there is no way I am going to leave him alone for a appt and with everything that arose with the dentistry in Bedford, for his/their wellbeing I'm staying.
1st the office didn't inform us of the new rules in regards to PPE charges.(Which they say is universal rules now, which it is not fyi as per contact with other dental offices)
2nd the dental assistant only informed me after I told her I wasn't going to leave my child alone.
The assistant wasn't the greatest with my son, hence why I accompany him to appts (which I am grateful I did)
The dentist seemed nice for the few moments he was in the room.And from his previous experiences with another of the dental assistants, sorry I cannot remember her name (why the 2 star rating).
I called it as I seen it (B.S)

After that my husband and I both said we would not be returning..Got a letter today asking us not to return lol.
Good riddance wasn't going to return anyway!
Already found a office better equipped & understanding for our family.

My friend went to this dentist and they told him he needed to have a filling for $360.00 as he didn't have any dental insurance. He said he wanted a second opinion because he didn't feel like he had a cavity in his tooth. He went to another dentist, they said there is no cavity. So, what was Colchester Dental's plan I wonder? Were they going to drill his tooth and insert cavity filling into a healthy tooth. Very suspicious and I would not recommend this Office to anyone. I give them 0 stars out of 5, but I couldn't post this without choosing at least 1 star out of 5.

If I could give a 0 star I would. My boyfriend received a bill in the mail for an appointment that was cancelled well in advance (atleast 2 weeks). This is not the only time. I myself recieved a bill for an appointment that I did not schedule. Con-artists.

I had the gentlest cleaning and filling ever here. They are always so friendly, and gentle! Makes going to the Dentist a lot less terrifying.
