Let me tell you, from the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staff. They even offered me a delicious espresso! I went in for a fade and beard trim, and Alex understood exactly what I wanted and delivered perfectly. To be honest, I hesitated to write this review for a couple of months, but it’s really been bothering me, so I felt I needed to share my experience. At the beginning of summer, I booked an appointment, which surprisingly took two months to schedule because the owner was apparently very busy. I took a day off work and was genuinely excited for my hair coloring session. I have very long, high-volume hair that had never been dyed before, and I wanted a blonde ombre.

During the appointment, the owner took an extended lunch break, leaving an assistant in charge. Unfortunately, the assistant didn’t realize that some areas were burning. By the time the owner returned, my hair had uneven coloring—some areas were overly blonde and burnt, while others were still yellow. The owner ended up cutting nearly half of my hair to remove the burnt sections, yet it’s still all damaged.

While the staff were friendly, my hair is now ruined. Can I get my hair back to how it was?

I have been seeing Ehsan for almost 4 years now and he is hands down the ONLY one I'll let take scissors to my hair!
The salon is so relaxing, pretty and they give the world's best head massages during the hair wash. ?
Doesn't matter where I live, I will always drive any distance for my haircuts to be done by him.
I got compliments on my haircut while growing out pixie cut - transitions between short and long hair can be challenging but he somehow made it look amazing.
