The staff were great, very friendly and knowledgeable. The building is spotless, very clean. The rooms are large enough for their purpose. I did find the building to be very quiet, but had a hard time sleeping as I could hear movements and noise outside my room. The bed was firm, but lacking in blankets. You are provided with a single sheet. Even with my own small blanket I found the room chilly. The hospital alliance, who scheduled the appointment was very friendly and answered questions, but I don't feel I was prepared for the sleep test.

I must recognize my consultant Elaina she is very knowledgeable, respectful and extremely accommodating and has been a great help in answering my concerns and finding solutions with the issues I have had and her advice has been very beneficial. Complete CPAP staff are experienced, friendly, helpful, and very professional. They have a wide selection of masks and accessories. They also have a 30 day comfort guarantee which is incredible for anyone that isn't 100% sure what they want. This guarantee will allow you to exchange your mask in the slim chance it may not be for you. They've helped me tremendously over the years and i continue to go there for my CPAP needs.

After going to a sleep clinic nearby I thought this would be a convenient location. After setting up the process I never heard. When I finally caught up with them in person a month later they said a 3rd party made their calls and something must have gone wrong.

After following the directions and setting up the next appointment I went home and called in my information as requested. Fast forward another two weeks later and my appointment arrives and they have done nothing, my information never made it in my file. Once again, I’m being rescheduled but they can’t even tell me when because they need to make calls to my provider still.

I believe I fell between the cracks of an otherwise good team. But there was no apology today, no concern for wasting my time once again. I calmly left, and I’m calmly warning others to consider their options first.

Update: My most recent contact with them led to the comment "they didn't know who I was", which at this point, after 2 failed appointments and 20 different phone interactions is beyond unacceptable. If you have a choice of where to go, go somewhere else, anywhere else.

I called for weeks without being able to reach anyone or get someone to return my call. My doctor also forwarded my prescription several times to no avail. Contacted another company in Timmins and was taken care of right away.
