It's a nice, clean store, with great staff and great prices. I really like to support local when I can, and their prices are as good as the big box store, and their inventory is way better. I can't recommend enough.

Awesome store! Tons of selection, and unique items you won't find at the big box stores! I was looking for a very special type of tape measure that I couldn't find anywhere in stores or online. I asked Gerald about it and he said let me look into it and get back to you. Within a day he got back to me was able to source some and ordered them in for me. Above and beyond service!

Great place to buy tools in the Woodstock area. Had there annual tool sale and everything was at least $150 off. Great help and knowledgeable staff. Will only get my tools here when I’m working in the area

Very unimpressed with the staff. I purchased a laser level earlier in the month and saw a combo kit on sale and asked when was the sale on till, he responded till the end of the month . I went there to purchase it and they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. Not to mention none of the staff that I have seen wear masks, they don’t even pretend to try. Just comes off as a lack of respect to the customer.

Was just at the cave. The help was above and beyond. O bought a skid of nails and the guys loaded it safely in the trailer. This was my first time here but will be using them for all my future company purchases. Nice to know I can now keep my money in my city.

Tried to order a replacement bar for my Dewalt 16in 60V chainsaw. However, the website would not allow for different billing and shipping addresses. This was a problem as I was at my cottage in Nova Scotia and needed it sent there rather than my billing address in Toronto. I contacted Contract Cave and eventually reached the person "who deals with this." He advised they simply will not ship to another address as they had experienced "too much fraud" in the past. When I noted they were the only company I had dealt with in the last 10 years who did not allow different billing/shipping addresses, the response was "well that's just the way it is."

Well, given the way it is for Contract Cave I subsequently placed my order with CTEC with no difficulty...I guess Contract Cave is not particularly interested in customer satisfaction or making sales...
