I recently visited Core Medical's urgent care clinic and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The wait time was minimal, allowing me to be seen promptly. The staff and doctor were exceptionally welcoming, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my visit. The room was spacious and very clean, really showing a safe and hygienic environment.The waiting room was also nice, with comfortable chairs. Overall, the professionalism and care provided exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Core Medical to anyone in need of urgent care services.

Fantastic experience at Core Medical. The staff were all polite, quick and very professional. I saw the doctor within minutes. Very new and clean building with a connected pharmacy which is convenient.
I saw Dr. Conciatori and he was fantastic. He has a wonderful bedside manner and a reassuring tone to him.

I highly recommend this clinic even if it’s a bit out of your way. The time spent driving will be more than made up with the short wait times.

Im always incredibly impressed with the service in this walk-in clinic. The staff were so friendly and efficient, getting me seen by a doctor quickly despite coming almost after working hours, not like other walk in clinic in Windsor that always refusing care if you come 1 hour before their closing time!
Dr.Ross was thorough in his examination and provided clear explanations for my diagnosis and treatment plan. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone needing immediate professional medical attention.

My first time going to this clinic today. Dr. Harjiwan listened to my problems and gave me advice and medication for it. One of the kindest doctors I have met. The pharmacy staff and receptionist were also amazing and so kind. I was in and out with medication within 30 minutes. Highly recommend this clinic if you need.

I have been here so many times because of illnesses that they know me on a first-name basis. I should buy stocks in the clinic. lol

Every staff member is kind and patient. Each doctor I have seen listens to me and doesn't try to talk over me or tell me what is best. They will have an honest conversation with you and explain the best options.

Edit: I'm still giving five stars, but I'm not sure how to contact the clinic about this complaint I have about my visit today, April 9, 2025.

I want to xpress my concern regarding my recent appointment with Dr. Tristan Conciatori. I left the appointment feeling dismissed and disrespected during a time when I am unwell and vulnerable.

Throughout the visit, Dr. Conciatori repeatedly pressed me for exact dates of when my symptoms began. I tried my best to explain that I have been experiencing prolonged illness, which has made it difficult to recall precise timelines. Despite this, his tone was impatient and dismissive.

What troubled me further was his apparent reluctance to discuss time off work, even though he prescribed antibiotics for an infection and blood work because I've been experiencing repeated respiratory issues. Instead of offering guidance, he placed the burden on me to state how much time off I needed, with an attitude that made me feel like I was being a nuisance rather than a patient seeking care.

I believe every patient deserves to be treated with empathy, especially when they are ill and doing their best to advocate for themselves. This experience left me feeling disrespected and unsupported.

I hope this feedback will be taken seriously so that future patients receive the care and compassion they deserve.

Great Experience! My 10 year old got hurt in school and I was running to welkins, all of them are busy and staffs were so rude. But my wife search on goggle and found this on. The staffs were so friendly and efficient, getting me seen by a doctor quickly despite coming almost after working hours, not like other walk in clinic in Windsor that always refusing care.

Waited just 2 minutes in reception to get into treatment room then sat there for over hour before being seen.

Went to visit this morning. Dr greeted me with warmth and assurance, she is really good at her job. And receptionists Alex is good too(kinda cute:)
