I went in here this week as I thought I was missing attachments for a machine I had gotten for free from a friend after mine was left in an Uber in the States and never recovered. I had purchased the hose and mask (unfortunately not from them). There were 3 of them working and all were very nice. Alex helped me by letting me know that everything was fine with the setup but could they call my doctor or the place I got my last one from -yes please. Within 5 min they had the settings they needed to reprogram the machine and she said she would call me next week to review how my sleeping was going. I will definitely be back for any supplies I need in the future.

Excellent customer service and communication. Had my Cpap set up with the company and they were very polite and communicated every aspect of what i would require. They explained everything to me and gave me options of either a full face mask, nasal mask. I went with a comfortable nasal mask and it worked out amazingly well. Now I sleep Excellent and have never felt better. I would definitely recommend them to others and will continue to be a customer. Thanks again for all your support.

Incredible customer service! Mehul was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. This was my first experience with CPAP Central as I had decided to move on from my previous clinic. Visiting Hamilton from Kitchener, I had an emergency with my hose leaking, I was offered a replacement Hose for a fair price.

The staff were very welcoming and informed on the products.

Also, on my CPAP mask, I happened to be missing a clip - preventing a proper seal, which they kindly provided free of charge. This saved me a good $30 from buying a new Headset - of which I truly appreciate.

I am new to cpap use and honestly a bit apprehensive and worried about what my experience would be. I am not the typical obese snorer but rather was waking up tired and with mild headaches and was shocked to find out I have borderline severe sleep apnea. Aleksandra made me feel confident and well informed during my visit. She presented several options and was very willing to help me out when I changed my mind a few days later on the type of mask I’d like. She was easy to get in touch with and very kind in supporting my indecisive nature. Here’s hoping that I’ll get used to wearing the device and have a better quality sleep! Just walked in for an appointment and was greeted by this smiling young lady, Rama.
She was extremely helpful and patient, in listening to my requirement for a CPAP machine.
It was a smooth flow, till I met Mehul who made it even a better experience and easy to get me hooked up to a new machine.

The prices are double the amount of the original price. I brought a Dreamwisp Fit-Pack which I was charged $245 but when I went back home and checked the price on the internet, it was not being sold for more than $119 including delivery. I called the Cpap central and they refused saying we don't match prices although it was the same company. I told them that if there is a difference of 10-30% I am okay to pay extra but charging more than double is a daytime robbery. Please be careful while buying things from them.

Great Service, had everything I needed and great prices.
I was trying to get hold of my regular service provider for past several days as i needed to replace my headgear desperately. As there was no response, I contacted CPAP Central and person answered right away, identified all the accessories i needed that were applicable to my machine and had me squared away same morning. Changing my service over to these guys.
