CPAP Clinic in Barrie has a great selection of CPAP Machines and accessories. What is impressive is that you can even try the machine before buying it, which is super important if you are not sure how it would feel, especially if you are a first-time user of the CPAP. I found that they know their products and are knowledgeable and professional, so I trust their recommendations.
They take the time to explain all the features of the new machine and various options for masks, tubes and so on.
When I needed help, they quickly replied to my emails and answered all my questions. They helped me to test my machine on their equipment, and it worked. The service was fast and great. Highly recommended.

I was diagnosed to get a Cpap reached out to this company yesterday making an appointment and everything as both hours worked with my schedules and the reviews seems legit... they called shortly after to get more details for the apt. Said first off if I had insurance which I have both my husband and mine. Will not work with my insurance. I requested more guidance and help and read about the OHIP coverage and my husband benefits.... after they hear my benefits she said again we don't work with that company and won't be able to help. And hung up then canceled apt. Felt very rude encounter considering looking for guidance and help and see options and help with everything as it's an already overwhelming topic to be dealing with then to be treated like this from a company that is so highly regarded in the community was shocking and disheartening

Great service experience getting set up as a new client. Jean was extremely helpful assisting with various masks as I struggled to find the right one.
When I finally settled on one I pointed out that they were selling it for 40% more than 5 on line retailers. On-line product were also the Fit Pack which includes all sizes of masks. CPAP Clinic was selling me a specific size. I feel staff should have some kind of leeway in pricing. I didn’t ask for a price match just meet me part way which they wouldn’t. I still purchased the mask as I felt obligated based on the help they provided but I will not purchase another product there if pricing is 40% more. That’s too much of a premium. It’s unfortunate as I need to buy a full mask ($235 CPAP Clinic vs $165 on line). Again, 1 size vs Fit Pack including 5 sizes of masks!! Why 40% more
I was hoping the Clinic would be my one stop shop.

This is the best place to buy your c-pap equipment! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Recently I had the opportunity to deal with the owner and he was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me out. Honestly you definitely have to go here. 🙂
