These guys made a big positive difference in my business; both to my service and my bottom line. I happened to meet one of there young sales guys when I was in the area and when I told him I ran a small mechanical shop he started up with the sales pitch and so much information. Then I had to tell him I am from Alberta, thing was he didn't mind. He was happy to have the conversation so I could have all the details. I know it can be hard to get positive reviews, but I mean it. Thanks.

I hate when I give 1star(because there is no 0) to company with almost 5, looks like I'm lying, but that was my experience with them and I can document everything with invoice and pictures if needed. Today I saw their promotion on Facebook and on their web site too for a jug of 5l synthetic oil for $18.50 and to be sure at 2:18pm I called and asked is that still there then got confirmation, that the price is at advertised even for 1jug. Headed to their store and was there in exactly 19.min. Bought 4 jugs of that oil and when got the bill, noticed the price is actually $20.35 per jug. When showed that to the gentleman (not gentle at all) that was serving me, got the answer that the promotion was while quantities last and that this is the new quantity with the new, higher price. I asked how they can order and receive that in just 19 min, the time from when I called, to the time I arrived, bt he was persistent in his statement, there was not even one "sorry", that should be normal in cases like this one. Returned the oil and left. The difference was not big, I spend more gas to get there, but is about the customer service and everything needed to earn 5 stars.
I hope my case is isolated and they will attempt to do better in the future.
The response from the owner was fast and positive. However, first, the add was not on Facebook toady, was on your own website, maybe is still there if was not removed in those few hours. Second, as I mentioned, is not about me making few bucks, it is about the service, to be better in the future in order not to loosing customers, so thanks very much for your offer, maybe some other time..
