It takes a lot to impress me but Culligan has done just that. Great prices, great staff! I called on a Friday, explained what I was interested in. The lady on the phone was delightful to talk to. I explained to her what my schedule was and told me someone would call back to schedule an in home meeting. Richard called me that same Friday and scheduled a meeting suitable for us both. Richard WAS AMAZING! He was knowledgeable, respectful, truthful, and patient. By time he left I knew without a doubt that I had been helped to make a great decision for me and my family! I came after hours it was closed, doors lock but Richard was still working. I didn’t have change for the refill machine so Richard gave me money however I used the machine improperly so it didn’t fill so Richard went back into the store after hours and refilled it. He is an amazing kind and caring guy. I really appreciate the fantastic service he provided. I have been coming to this location for years and I love it!

Way too much money for what you get. We regretfully spent $8,000 on a water filtration system for our well water. That was during lockdown, and everything was a little crazy, so we fell for the hard sell. It took them three visits to get it installed and working properly. On the one-year anniversary, we booked a home visit to change filters, but the technician didn’t bring all the filters with him. He told us to drive to Windsor for the filters we need, so we did, and installed them ourselves. On the second anniversary, we just drove to Windsor and bought $800 worth of filters — a far higher price than filters for other systems. When we got home, we found that a manufacturing defect in the $240 filter prevents it from fitting in the unit. Culligan’s answer? They don’t take returns for filters. They offered to send a technician for a $200 fee. That’s when we broke up with Culligan. It made us feel happy to tell Culligan that we are not their customer any more. Do your research. The most expensive Reverse Osmosis system from Home Depot costs $950, including filters, cleans an amazing 500 GPD, and needs less than $200 per year for more filters. And there are plenty of systems that cost less than a round of filters from Culligan. We could have saved thousands of dollars, and guess what? Home Depot, or the other big box stores, take returns for anything — no questions asked. Buy your system anywhere else.
